I've only written a few reviews in my life, but after my experience last week, I had to write a review about the amazing service I received from Natasha in the Print/Copy/Photo department.
I came from about an hour away to have something printed for a memorial service. Apparently there was some sort of miscommunication between the person I spoke with the previous day on the phone and the staff that day, and it seemed like what I needed was going to be a much longer/ more involved process than I had been told. I was stressed, and I'm sure a little rude. Natasha was so kind and really went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible. It wasn't like she had nothing else to do, either! She was BUSY running around taking care of other customers, answering the phone. She was so kind and thorough with everyone.
My husband and I have both worked for decades in restaurant customer service and I really hope that everyone in charge over there knows what a rockstar gem of an employee they have!!

Annette was super awesome. I came in at 6:30 needing 70 copies for my dad's memorial the next day. She told me they do a 24hr turnover but helped me anyway when I explained why I needed them. She was very patient with me and helped make sure I had sent the right file and even printed me some test copies to make sure they were just right. I was honestly freaking out a bit since I had put it off till last minute but she was very kind and patient with me. Thank you Annette!
