I brought in an electrical part that I purchased in California in 2011 with a lifetime warranty. I was in Mount Vernon a couple of weeks ago (I live in Canada) and I went in to this location with a defective part and receipt from 13 years ago. Even though they no longer sold the identical brand, they offered me a different brand with no cost to me. Both the parts person and manager were fantastic to deal with. Thank you for the great customer service.

When you are operating a business, my belief is to take pride in your facility. Not a good feeling when you arrive. I waited for sometime in line only to put items back and go to Walmart.

I went and hit a huge pot hole by Safeway and the gas station sent me to O'Reillys
The guy showed me which one to get so I did and put the fix a flat in all by myself and it worked !! It was a big ol' hole too

I was completely stumped after changing my blower motor and my heat/ac wouldn’t work even after changing a fuse. Hector(such a sweet young man) helped me within 20 mins and the first change worked out perfectly!!! I can’t thank him enough.
