My 92 year old grandma needed her car fob battery replaced. The gentleman working at the store came out to her car (without being asked), took her key fob into the store, and changed the battery for no charge. I am so thankful for kind people

We went in with our mobility scooter battery which really hasn’t worked right since we got it. They troubleshoot it and found not only a loose wire, but a dead little circuit board. We purchased new batteries from them. They gave us the name of the part and number so we could order it from Amazon. We brought the new part in, they installed it, and the scooter is running like brand new!! No labor charges at all. Very friendly and caring staff!!

I don't know what it is about these batteries, but they don't hold a charge. I've put one in all my vehicles and even if the vehicle sits for even just a week - I have to jump start it. I know you'll say I have a discharging circuit somewhere, but that's not the case. I've NEVER had such problems with other batteries. I'm not buying any more from these guys.

We were buying two deep cycle batteries and we gave Ron the information on the battery. We asked for the price of two batteries better than the ones we had and he quoted 190 each for better batteries than we have. We drove 40 miles to get there and suddenly better batteries were going to cost 250 each. Wel walked out and I will never do business with them again

Dan- from the Mt Vernon, Wa store went above and beyond what I was expecting when I brought 2 dead VW batteries for him to try and recharge. He did all the leg work and got me 2 new batteries at a very competitive price and we kept it
local. Beware when buying a VW EOS because it takes 2 batteries and if they die don't go through VW- very expensive.

Several days ago I phoned them with some questions that I had about outdoor yard lights and the best battery choices. It was 5 minutes before closing and I didn't expect anyone to answer the phone that close to closing time. However, Dan did answer and he spent much time past closing to answer all my questions. He was very polite, patient and helpful! What an excellent employee and thumbs up to Pacific Power Batteries in Mount Vernon, WA!
