The service Personnel was very nice and went the extra steps to help me out I was not acknowledged when I first got in and waited about 4 or 5 minutes before he acknowledged me , but the front desk person was very nice and professional estimate for a brake job was crazy high to me but the tires I got in service was very reasonable.

I recently had an issue arise that resulted from work I had done in my car at PepBoys. The manager Mike, did an excellent job in resolving the issue in a timely manner. He arranged for my car to be towed to the shop, and got the necessary repairs done quickly. The team at this location are friendly and knowledgeable.

Took my car here for service and some unforseen mechanical problems occurred during service However they went above and beyond to make sure That I as a customer was taken care of and to ensure that my vehicle was back in tip top shape. Also Made sure I had a rental vehicle for transportation while my car was down.

Very friendly staff and accommodating.
I needed to work on my laptop while waiting and WiFi was not working. Manager rebooted the system and was super helpful.

I ordered tires from tire rack to have them installed here. It took about 5 hrs. Not cool. Their kid asked me where my locking lug was . I told him it's in the center console. So after hours of waiting, get my car back and get home and locking lug was not put back. Called and was told it's should be in the car or on the seat. It was not. Then told it may have been left on the wheel.... I heard a loud thunk on my home. Their only answer was I can come back again, on my own time and they can figure out the locking lug that they misplaced. Like I have nothing better to do with my time than come back there to figure their fukup. Today I was all set to replace rear shocks and I cannot remove my wheels because They lost my lock lug.

I’ve given this Pep Boys multiple chances, but each visit has been disappointing. Most recently, I was quoted $950 for control arm replacements, scheduled the repair, and dropped my car off. After wasting over 5 hours of my time, they called to say the cost would be $700 more due to an employee’s mistake misquoting me. The manager Mike offered no solutions or flexibility. Even something as simple as getting new tires here recently took 8 hours. Unfortunately, this location has shown me consistent poor service and I cannot recommend them. They quoted me 1500 dollars for just two control arm replacements today and I have found multiple other shops that would do the work for less than $1000. This is just bad business finding out that they have marked up the price of parts to hide inflated prices.
