Walked into this Rite Aid, and it looked like the store had been looted. Nope. I asked one of the workers why the shelves were empty. Apparently, they are closing this location down and sending the remaining products to other locations. This means there’s 0 sales on anything. Super lame. Avoid this place for as little time they have left.

Took my 86 year old grandmother here to fill a prescription. She needed to use the restroom... I get it, there are too many thieves and druggies so you have to keep the bathroom doors locked. When my 9 year old daughter and I went to the counter in the front and the pharmacy in the back to ask for the key no one would help us. We just got sent back and forth. Meanwhile my grandma was about to have an accident in the middle of the store. I went to the front counter again and asked for the key, when the clerk told me she didn't know where it was I about lost it and asked her where does she pee? Where do the pharmacist go? She then told me to find her manager who was stocking the shelves, which are all mostly empty, (he's clearly doing a fantastic job there).... He seemed annoyed that we needed the restroom. Looking half baked and smelling like BO bad, he reluctantly followed me to the restroom to let my grandmother in.
We will no longer be using the Mount Vernon right aid after today.

Okay this will be my first ever review on Google Maps just due to the sheer freaking idiocy of what I was just told and what I heard so I went to use the restroom while I was shopping for what turned out to be not much because the shelves are as bare as Santa's elf shelves day after Christmas I don't know it just horrible so while I was back by the pharmacy I thought before I drive north I'll just use this restroom and I went to go open the doors and they were locked so I made my way up front to ask one of the clerks if they can open the restroom door and the gentleman up there that I did not get to talk to and said oh the restrooms are closed and I said really I said why is there no notice on either the doors the front entrance or the restroom doors and what turns out to be the weirdest and probably lamest excuse for anything I've ever heard in my life is when I asked the lady when I was checking out 31 dollars worth of stuff that was overpriced I said well why don't you just put a notice so people don't have to come ask or they don't even come in if they're just trying to use the restroom you know for a second and the clerk Stone Cold straight face looks at me and says they won't let us I guess meaning corporate so let me get this straight you're able to tell people verbally every day all day that the restrooms are closed when they come to ask for them to be open but you can't write it down on a piece of paper to tell them ahead of time so they don't have to come ask you and waste their time because it doesn't matter to you as a company or as a business what insane policy does this have to do with I almost think the clerk was just making crap up it sounded and seems that wacky anyhow that'll be my first and last time to that Rite Aid

We stopped in to pick up items for a party. They had everything we needed. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The aisles are clean and easy to navigate. And the prices are reasonable

I cannot believe how rudely I was treated by the pharmacy manager and another member of his staff treated me as I tried to correct an error they made in filling my prescriptions. I was told he didn’t have time to deal with it and I could take my business elsewhere. He kept interrupting me as I explained the issue and basically said it was my problem to fix, and it was my fault. So I did take my business elsewhere. It’s not the issue of the mistake as much as how shabbily I was treated when I was as trying to get it fixed. Never will I spend a penny at Rite Aid again.

I preferred my meds AM? Revived call there ready? So this afternoon I went to pick them up? The PHARMACIST tells me that it’s not ready! Something about updating ins! I tried to just buy a few to get me though untilI can see my dr! HE ARGREED!! Come back 40 min, 3 rd time today, HE TELLS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Just hands me back HARDCOPY!! NOWONDER RITE AIDE GOING DOWN TUBES PHARMACY HAS NO IDEA WHAT TGEY ARE DOING!!!! Some of the most IGNORANT PEOPLE IVE EVER SEEN!!! Bye RITEAIDE!
