I signed up for the beginner class with a friend.Shelly, the owner and Instructor was very kind and welcoming.6 classes later, We’re signing up for 2 classes twice a week.This yoga class/ Studio has very good energy?Namaste ?

Great atmosphere, great teaching and very instructive to assist in getting poses aligned properly and safely. No heat used and small classes! Love that!!

I don't see how there could be a better Yoga teacher than Shelly
