Previous visits for vaccines have always been great, easy to schedule, and service was fairly quick.
Today's attempt at getting a flu vaccine failed. I arrived at 2:30 per my online appointment - no mention was made of a delay - I left 25 minutes later at 2:55 without a flu vaccine. Very surprised and disappointed at the poor service.

I switched pharmacies a year ago from Walgreens to Safeway Mount Vernon, WA and have been extremely happy with the move. The orders are consistently filled accurately and timely. The pharmacy clerks have always been friendly and professional. The text notifications are very helpful

Can you please hire some more people to work the counters? The long line and wait time to pick up prescriptions is absolutely ridiculous

The people are usually nice enough but they are EXTREMELY slow. They usually have five people behind the counter and only one actually helping customers. There is always a long line. They also often do not have prescriptions at the time they say they will be ready so you waste the trip and spend 15 minutes in line for no reason. Regular checkout is no better, never enough cashiers and self checkout is jammed because they don't have enough machines.

Most of the time I have a great experience few times I've had prescriptions not be there when I was told they're going to be there but other than that better than the last place I went to
