As usual, Rebecca gave me a terrific cut, always listening to my changing whims to eke some style out of my stick-straight, fine hair.
Using the website, however, is a challenge—no direct link to make or cancel an appt and no explanation of what the cryptically named options are. C’mon, HQ, you can do better!
