This is my go to place in Skagit Valley for a U-Haul rental. I have probably rented three or four times a year for the last 8 to 10 years. I’ve always been able to pick them up when they said I could. Another benefit is you can drop them off after hours no problem. I always look here first when I am looking for a U-Haul rental in the valley.

This Kim person and her"Gut feelings"KIM canceled our reservation 2 times in the same visit over a gut feeling and with another customer myself who was about to rent two truck on the second go retracts them after imposing what seems to be a feminist disposition on us in a very unprofessional manner. Thoroughly distraught and astonished never have I been treated so unprofessional in a Uhaul business. She needs to get outta that shack she is getting cabin fever she so paranoid . Thanks for imposing your opinions and assumptions unto a professional environmental we tried to conduct a simple and basic business transition.Do better.

Had a reservation to pick up a truck at 10 am. Been here since 9:50, there's no one in the office, and they're not answering their phone either.

Ordered a truck for pickup at 9:00. We checked in online to speed up the process on the morning of our move. This was unsuccessful because 1) the attendant was late which requires an attendant from the neighboring Ace Hardware to come and run the shop and 2) the computer stopped working. Ended up having to transfer the uhaul to a different location. Didn't get the truck until 10:40.
