Great experience! ABF was recommended to us by another ABF customer. Our 27' trailer was dropped off/picked up on time in both Bellingham, WA and Jacksonville, FL. Delivery personnel demonstrated how to secure the trailer bulkheads and doors. Final cost for our cross-country move ended up being even less than the original estimate, and we were refunded the difference within a few days. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly, all promises were kept.

Great team and you make my move very smooth. Clear pricing, no hidden price, as scheduled, great customer handling, have very good tool for communication. I recommend for any move from state to state.

Another 5 stars for UPack! This is the THIRD time I’ve used UPack for a cross-country move (military family, so we move a lot) and it’s always flawless. The customer service is always just stellar! Friendly and respectful representatives! My dates for drop off and pick up and transport were all spot on and my guaranteed date was respected again. We will continue using Upack for our moves! Can’t say a bad thing about them.

I had never moved out-of-state and utilized a moving service before. I was unsure of how it would all work out, but I am so happy I chose U-Pack. The whole process went so smoothly. They were very reasonably priced, and anytime I had any questions about the process, their customer service professionals were very helpful. They were so pleasant to work with and reduced the stressful situation of moving our home.

Initial pack up went well. Trailer was moved to Portland. My problem was that I hadn't found a house yet. My trailer sat until I found a place for them. The issue was because I changed location for them to deliver, one that a separate company , that was to deliver my trailer didn't cover. They had to get permission to deliver to where I was staying, I was not informed of this and had to call to find out where and when my trailer would arrive. Unload and trailer pickup went well.

Move from WA to CA. Found this company to be cheaper than others. Very impressed with the customer service and the flexibility. We didn't know how much space we needed so we reserved the 28' trailer but only used 15'. And only had to pay for the 15'. The 4 hour window for delivering the truck in WA was on time. The truck arrived in CA earlier than expected but no worries. They brought it to the new location on the day we needed it. Everything worked like clockwork. The only tip is IF you have friends help you unpack, have them arrive the day after the truck is scheduled to arrive. They gave us an 8am-6pm window and the truck didn't arrive until 5:30pm. I would highly recommend this do-it-yourself operation.

Choosing U-Pack for a cross-country move was a great decision for me! I chose a trailer (not cubes), as I had a lot to move. They allowed 3 business days to pack the trailer, and I had it over a holiday weekend, so that gave me extra time. Their pricing was very reasonable, customer service was great, and I had plenty of time to drive out myself and allow time to arrive in my new city before I had the truck delivered to my new home. Again, I had it dropped on a Friday to take advantage of 5 days to unload. Excellent experience! I would recommend them to anyone moving any distance!Laurie H.

They were fantastic! Showed up for pickup and delivery exactly when they said they would. Containers are solid and will protect your belongings. They moved me from WA to NY. Fast response time and the men who picked up and delivered were incredibly nice. The only negative comment I can make is that everything near the doors was covered with a fine covering of dirt. Other than that it was a perfect move!!!

UPack was great. Very easy move on both ends!! Setting up the reservation was easy. The driver who delivered our trailer was very nice and professional. Patrick, the area manager accommodated a special request. Tracking the trailer was a great feature, we saw our life following us on our way! Dispatch on the receiving end was tremendous, he told us when the transfer company would pick up our trailer. Tony was our transfer connection and driver. He delivered when he said he would. All of our contents arrived and nothing was missing or broken!! UPack was tremendous and I would use them again and highly recommend them.

The drivers were great and everything online was super clear and the instructions were simple. However, the bulkheads top metal bar were bent badly and needed to be replaced. I couldn't properly secure my stuff and I was worried about it. They reinforced it with a separate bar but it still wasn't lock secure so someone could've taken some of our stuff. Then, when it was dropped off the bottom bar was now bent after travel and we barley even got it open. The equipment needs to be thoroughly inspected and replaced when damage occurs.

At a fraction of the cost of doing it ourselves, choosing UPack for our move from WA to Texas was a no-brainer. They did everything they said they'd do and even had our stuff here early. Definitely recommend UPack!

I had to move just before Christmas. While it's not an easy time to move and it's not busy for movers, I was still getting really high quotes. Considering I just bought a house, I didn't have a lot of spare change I could devote to convenience of a mover. In comes U-Pack. I did hire some help (moving from a 3rd floor apartment) to get boxes and stuff down the stairs and into the containers. They taught me a lot about how to pack the containers. I packed them tight and had very little breakage.U-Pack worked incredibly well with me. Working 2 jobs and packing at the same time was challenging. I asked for one more day to load and it was given - without an extra charge! They hauled my stuff over passes in miserable weather and got everything to me within the time frame estimated. The gentleman delivering them to me turned the containers so the doors faced my house and placed them on the street. My family and I got them unloaded in just a few hours and U-Pack came to pick the containers up the next day.The price was good, the delivery service was great, and their customer service was exceptional. I've moved quite a bit and this was certainly my best experience yet.

Great prices and very reliable. My household goods actually arrived a lot sooner then expected. Customer service was fabulous. If I move again, I know who to call.

My experience with UPack was overall good. Great customer service and easy to work with. My only complaint is that when my stuff arrived the boxes seemed like they were crushed but this could have been our fault in the way we packed. We felt that everything was packed tightly but who knows. Overall, great experience and I would recommend them over and over again.
