i WENT INTO THIS BANK TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND WAS GIVEN A HARD TIME FROM START TO FINISH LIKE THEY ENJOYED MAKING ME JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO MAKE A SIMPLE DEPOSIT. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE. THE PEOPLE WEREE RUDE AND OF NO HELP AT ALL. I AM SEEKING ANOTHER BANK AS I TYPE THIS

I called them 07/25/22 and asked about my card that I had ordered about a week and a half ago. The lady on the phone told me that it was missing or it was lost in the mail so she ended up ordering me a new one and told me she would order it under express delivery which means fast delivery. I get a call today 07/27/22 saying that my card has arrived at the branch. I get to the branch open up the envelope go to try and activate my card and realize that the last four digits do not match. I go back to the teller and ask them why my numbers do not match. The lady on the second window of the drive-through was extremely rude when I was telling her about the card that didn't match up and what happened when I called on Monday. She then told me that she can issue me a temporary card and cancel the card that was ordered Monday. She then told me that the card is standard delivery which means 7 to 10 days so I have to wait almost a whole month until I can get my card again. I even had the card sent to the branch both times so I can get the card sooner than it coming to my house. I ended up getting the credit report from the fraud at my house sooner than I got a call from the bank at the branch which is closer to civilization than my living address. The lady in the second window took 20 minutes to tell me all of this information when it literally could take five. I work in an office and I've worked in a bank before, it does not take that long to figure out this a little bit of information. I have came to this drive up window since I've moved up to Washington and had no problem with the gentleman in the first window which you can see through the glass. First time at the second drive-through and she was extremely rude not paying attention when I asked her about the other card that I had ordered with the woman over the phone on Monday for fast delivery not standard delivery. I wonder if it's the same girl because it if it is it makes a lot of sense. I understand it's the end of the day but does not mean wasting your time and doodling around when you can find two sentences of information about a card that was ordered on Monday within 2 mins exaggerating. I have never had this experience before with all of the other banks but this one employee Also when I asked about what her name was she did not notify me or let me know at the beginning of me talking to her or the end. If you have a chance to go to any other bank do it it's really not worth your time of waiting for them to find just a little bit of information for you and have you wait for 30 minutes in the heat. Honestly don't bother to go here or even call the branch or get anything sent here because they'll bamboozle, waste your time waiting forever, and they're too "tired"to do their job efficiently. I mean they a bank & should be efficient especially a bank that's so well known/popular and customer service should be top tier or T least nice not rude and unhelpful. I will definitely be going in this week to speak with a manager since I got bamboosled over the phone and in the 2nd drive up window. I also noticed that the 1st window was being efficient since three cars went through that window and I was still stuck at the 2nd window to only a response of 2 sentences then she just repeated info twice which I had to tell her I understood three times and kept trying to get me to order a new card and wait even longer. Just funny how the way she was acting when I was being nice and trying to understand why it's taking a whole month for me to access my bank card.

US Bank has gone down hill! If there was a negative star I would give it to them. It has been 4 years that I have been dealing with rude customer service agents not only this branch but Sedro Woolley as well and the do care about their customers at all. I have banked with US Bank for 40 years and I am done. They have no customer service at all calling their support center is just as bad. STAY AWAY from US BANK

If more people had went to college for this field then banks wouldn't be understaffed,Unfortunately Noone was trained like how farm ma and pop families pass down traditions as bank telling generally isn't in the family.The Lobby is Bilingual.The tellers treat everyone equally.My favorite thing is/was that whenever I needed money from the ATM I can choose 20s or hundreds, not every ATM has that option.Thank you US Bank Mt Vernon!

I hate this bank! if my job didn't use this bank for our payroll I would never come here. it is the absolute worst! it takes so long to go through the drive through. it's ridiculous! Anybody that's ever had to come here knows exactly what I'm talking about!

It is ridiculous that this is the branch that they decided to keep open. The drive through is a sharp turn around the side of the building so there is always confusion with the cars as you can’t see around the building and often the cars turn too sharp so the inner lane isn’t usable. The wait times are 45 minutes minimum regardless of time of day. The downtown branch has a much better drive through for multiple cars as well as exiting the area.

Been banking with US bank for over 25 years. Have a business account with a trust account so we do not have an option to place large checks in the night drop, need a receipt. We Have found that waits are way over 35 minutes every time we go. On Saturday been first in line at 9:00 am, and they didn’t open 20 minutes after that....for service. We just left.... Now learned that the downtown branch will never open so this is the way it will continue into the future even after Covid delays. This is unacceptable. I have no online app option when large checks over $3,000 are involved. I will be closing our account due to the unacceptable level of commitment required by us to make a deposit. So sad about this.

Worst experience ever never banking with this bank they want your whole live details just to cash a check. And have the nerve to lie and say its a federal law for me to have to give them my social and work information just because I don't bank with them !!! Don't bank with this bank worst experience ever !!!!

Waiting for over 35 mins in drive through is unacceptable. I understand delays , but if the lobby is going to be closed at least make sure the ATM machine is working properly. Employees should be checking the atm daily. The teller wasn’t surprised to be busy , so making sure you’re staffed adequately is most important. It looks bad when you have a guy giving tickets to people because you’re closing and is in a hurry to leave instead of inside helping . I really hope you guys can get more efficient.

This bank is nearly useless. Luckily for me I only use this bank about once or twice a month, if I had my business account here I would be in big trouble. I gave U.S. Bank some slack in March 2020 when they had to adapt to the CoVid restrictions. It's nearly the end of May now, and the drive through at this branch is at a stand still again on Friday morning. This is the third time in two months I haven't even been able to conduct my banking due to the drive through not even operating. And why doesn't U.S. Bank open the downtown Mount Vernon branch to help with the mayhem at this Riverside Branch? Banner Bank kept both branches open, U.S. Bank is a nationwide bank, they can afford to keep the other Mount Vernon branch open as well to serve it's customers. I will be the first person in line to close my account when this bank opens it's doors. I wish I would have thought to take a photo of the cars backed up clear out to Riverside Drive.

The best experience I have ever had at a bank. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the staff are so helpful! I was in the process of switching over to US bank from another and the employee that helped me was so great! She was so helpful and explained everything that was happening and what things meant. I’m still pretty young so I don’t know a lot about banking. She went above and beyond giving me advice on things that we didn’t even come in for but needed help understanding anyways. WONDERFUL!

Was awesome, just awesome what can I say, deposited a check from a family member who also banks here at this branch and shares the same last name as me from his account to mine and the funds were still pending a day later which I needed the following day by 4 so I could get my vehicle out of the shop before the weekend when they close. Ya super happy....

I would just like to say I had a great experience at this branch thanks to the branch manager Gustavo. I came in to deal with a couple of issues and the tellers told me I would have to wait until he was finished with his clients. I honestly was a bit annoyed at first as I had limited time. Once he was free Gustavo did an amazing job attending my needs. He was super personable, and very professional. He made the process of opening a business CC account painless. This is the perfect example of how to offer your best customer service. Please keep him there!
