Went to identigo to get a maritime TWIC card. There's a lot of open office space in here, located right across the street from Skagit Valley College in Mount Vernon 🙂.

It's surrounded by many businesses like worksource and driving school which helps for test to get driver's licenses for the government and other government offices around.
