Apparently you cant wash pillows here even in the bigger sized washer. So don’t come here to wash your pillows. Also there’s a not so friendly laundry attendant on a Sunday morning

I have been coming to this laundromat for at least two months, once a week. I have almost always come in the afternoon. There is a man in charge who is very kind and always lets me use the toilet even though it says it is out of order. Because it always has a paper that says it is out of order! But today the woman in charge simply wouldn't let me use the toilet, saying it was out of order. Most people in this laundromat have children with them, and how is it possible that they wouldn't let them use the toilet?

Love this place. Lady who runs it is not mean. Don't listen to these other people. She's been extremely cooperative when I'm there. She runs a laundry mat in mount vernon folks.... imagine the type of people who come through. I wouldn't necessarily enjoy working there a whole lot myself.
Facilities are clean and work most the time. Expect a few machines to be down from time to time. This place is usually poppin, it's what it's.

Love the machines, but I’m here on Saturday at 11:00 am, and the lady running it is mean!!! I asked to use bathroom, of course I’m a paying customer right now I’m not the homeless, they deserve respect too though. And she looked up from her phone gave me a dirty look rolled her eyes and used the key to open bathroom but then kicked it like she’s full of anger and/ or mad at me for asking her or should I say disturbing her!!! Wow I did not deserve that!!!’

Worker was terrible my 3 year daughter had to use restroom hr 1.5 before close worker said he just cleaned like we are going to dirty everything

Very nice attendant. Super helpful. Prices were reasonable. Multiple sizes of machines to accommodate anything you bring.

Four of the dryers were ‘Out,’ which makes the process very slow. There aren’t enough seating or laundry carts. Otherwise, it’s an overall decent laundromat.

Don’t come on Sunday…super busy. The lady was super agitated not a good way to treat your customers. NO BATHROOM! The fact that there’s reviews about the bathroom issue and they still haven’t fixed them says a lot about the owner…machines card readers are faulty..the floor was clean but the grout definitely needs a deep clean.. it’s darker than darker..

I came on Sunday afternoon to do laundry. There was a woman with a child. The child was crying loudly that the staff yelled at the woman to get out. That's no way to treat someone. The bathroom is always out of order. I need to go to another store just to use the restroom. But the place is always spotless.

Came in on a Sunday, extremely busy. I probably should of gone somewhere else however clean laundromats are hard to find around here that feel safe. There were only 3 small washers available so I spent more then intended instead of using one large machine. People were crammed into this small place. At one point the machine quit washing my clothes and errored out, so I asked the lady to help me. Understand I'm elderly I felt rushed, pushed around and then the lady snapped at me and I ended up paying twice to be able to finish washing my clothes. Once the clothes were done since there were not many dryers I had to wait 20 minutes and fight for a dryer to dry my clothes. I'll never return despite the cleaniliness.

Staff is super friendly. The washing service is great and reasonably priced. If doing your own laundry the facility is clean and ready to go.

First time for my husband and I,but what a surprise for us. We hadn't been to a laundromat in years but mainly because they weren't a good place to go if you didn't have to. Tonight was a very good experience from thy minute we walked in.It was clean and all the machines looked great so I walked up to the attendant' window to ask if I could get some help as we'd never used a washing machine like these. A friendly young woman smiled and offered to show us the ropes and she did. She was far above the usual grumpy attendants we generally met, explaining all three important details and even helping us to load our big bedding and suggesting the best options.. with a genuine smile!I was were so impressed with her genuine care and excellent service so I asked her name and thanked her for taking good care of us. If I still had my restaurant I would try to hire your employee Rachael. We're glad we came to your laundromat and will return and hope we see Rachael there ?Sincerely, Joni & Jim Harvey
