Pleasant, neat, friendly. Markup is a little high, but worthwhile. The selection is considerable for s small business too.

Very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to projects. Making sure you don't overspend and that you get the best yarn for whatever you are working on.

Chatted with a very friendly worker on the phone regarding some stock questions, placed an online order, and got some stunning hard-to-find yarn at a great price (and shipped for free!).
Thrilled to have found this shop and will be purchasing from them again in the future.
