This is a great facility. All the people working there are welcoming and professional. The technician explained everything to me in a clear manner. I felt well taken care of and very comfortable.

When I walk in and check in I was getting help by a older Caucasian lady who wore glasses. She just ask me for my name only. She didn't ask my last name or birth date or what I was checking in to there for. I brought in my children's with me to the appointment and called a head of time to make sure it was okay for them to come along since I don't have a baby sitter. She told me I wasn't allowed to bring my kids into my appointment due to radiation. I was confused. I told her I called ahead of time so my kids are allowed to come in with me and to check the notes. She said I don't see the notes and I don't know who told you that. Nonetheless, she was in the incorrect patient chart. You need to re train her and have her triple check before she makes an assumption. The ultrasound techs were amazing so that's why I gave a three stars because of the techs.

I left the office and immediately let my sister know what a great experience it was and if her doctor indicates she needs a mammogram to ask for your facility.
