They are very nice people here and they gave me a ride to work when I dropped my car off at the shop but they should call people after the first hour of the diagnostic if they're not able to figure out what is wrong with the car. Instead they kept working on my car and call me when it was up to 300 something dollars and told me they were able to figure out what was going on with my car and then I should take it to the Kia dealership. My friend replaced my gas cap and that made my check engine light go off and it hasn't come back on. I paid all that when the car just needed a new gas cap? They said that the diagnostic is $170 an hour but they intentionally don't call you after the first hour so they can get more money when all they have to do is call you after the first hour and let you know they can't find anything or they are going to keep going so you have a choice on how much you want to pay. I didn't appreciate shelling out almost $400 just for them to tell me to take my car to the Kia dealership. They could have told me that at $170. At this point I'm just going to keep driving the car in any condition amd not go to any more of these car places. They dont have to do you like this.

I finally have a mechanic I trust! Take my word for it. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time and money on my truck and this place finally succeeded where everyone else failed!My truck finally runs!! They were fast, accurate and educated. They educated me along the way so I could make the best decision for ME! THIS IS NOW MY SHOP! So don't take all of their time, I have other vehicles that need them! ?

I was in desperate need of some transmission fluid (broke down at the high school), and they sold me some of their stock (at cost, did not charge me their normal rates even after I insisted). They then advised me on where to go next (Skagit Transmission), and how to get there safely after topping up my ATF.Along with Skagit Transmission, they turned a really rough day into one that helped restore my faith in the goodness of people!Service: Transmission

I was having a hard time finding a mechanic shop that would take my 1990 jeep so to it being old and I found them it needed a push button start and tune up I know Daryl probably got irritated with all the ? My husband had but he handled it perfectly very professional will only take my jeep to them with it runs better then it has in a while if your looking for a good shop with good mechanics this is the place

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff and expert repairs. They also provide carburetor rebuilds at fair prices and stand behind their work. They rebuilt my rochester marine carburetor but, my boat is still dead in the water. Blows fuel out the top of carburetor. They actually took it back and looked at it again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Range Rover making strange noises over bumps. The first shop said it needed new CV joints and quoted $2700.00 Brought it in to Zip tune and Jeremy rode with me for five minutes and said he thought he knew what it was. Fifteen minutes later he told me it was a loose tie rod and it was already fixed. N/C! Will be back for an alignment soon. Great to find a local shop who knows what they're doing and are honest and reasonable. Customer for life.
