The slowest pharmacy. I booked a flu shot appointment and waited over 20 minutes for them. No apology for being late. They seemed completely unbothered.

Slowest Pharmacy ever. They literally do not do their job. Twice they could not figure out my insurance, after I have been going there for YEARS with the same insurance. then they refuse to answer the phone. put you on hold for 10 minutes. Horrible customer service. DO BETTER!

2/16/2024 i bought express meal from this store but i got rotten/Stinky food, Fried Rice was smelling n sticky. I think they r selling left Over food that’s y it stink 🤔🤔🤔I got refund but No reaction from management 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ still they r selling same food. My suggestion next time if someone get same rotten food eat half of the food n call 911 N Sue the Store n management 😡😡😡

I’m not a routine visitor, but the pharmacists today were notably kind and helped me navigate thru an issue with my insurance. There was a moderate line but they had three workers so it went pretty quick.

We have been using this pharmacy for a couple of years and have always been very pleased with the service, professionalism and overall great customer service provided by all members of the staff. Pharmacists and technicians are always polite, friendly and on the ball!
Special shout out to Tanya for her incredible memory and always greeting us by name! Takes a special kind of person to be this good at her job. So glad she is in our neighborhood.

By far the SLOWEST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Switch to bartells right down the road. They’re so much faster and way nicer. I hate this Safeway pharmacy SO much . The longest I’ve stood in line for medication was 45min to a hour here

I transferred all my prescriptions from Bartell's on 196th to this Safeway location, largely because I have great trust in the Manager—where he goes, I follow. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always courteous, creating a welcoming atmosphere that never fails to bring a smile. Would I consider going anywhere else? Not a chance!
However, I must say that the Safeway Pharmacy app leaves much to be desired and does not reflect the excellent service provided by the team. My suggestion? Stick to the tried-and-true method: give them a call for all your pharmacy needs.
