I couldn't find my son's ADHD med due to a shortage, the pharmacist went the extra mile, calling multiple pharmacies to locate it and successfully filling it at another Rite Aid. I highly recommend this Bartell. They're incredibly fast and pharmacy staffs are friendly.

I’m so confused! Not sure why pharmacist is so incredibly rude for no reason. If you are overworked take a break. Please don’t take it out on paying customers. Seriously just got an eye roll for asking a question. You are dealing with the public and need to have a little patience. I realize some people are hard to deal with but wow!! Will avoid this pharmacy next time.

The worst experiences, repetitively, with communication about medications. I put in refills on the app. The all say in process. No updates for days. I call, pharmacy says one is out of refills so they need to call. (Not sure why the app said it had refills and showed the refills in process), still not ready 3 days avtwr the phone call which was already days after the refil request. The other was a new script. They already had for three days saying in progress, when i call said they are unable to get the medication. No notification to me until i call. They told me to call around to transfer to another pharmacy since they couldn't get it. I call around, find another pharmacy, and then am told it can't be transferred since it's a controlled substance. It's like they enjoy wasting my time and try to make the delay in getting my medications as long as possible. Only transferred my meds here because my insurance changed and doesn't cover Fred Meyer anymore. But will be transferring anywhere else after this, regardless of how far. No one has been helpful of the multiple people I have talked to, or actually tried to help me, but act like I'm unreasonable to want my refills after a week plus. Its not the first time it's happened where they can't fill my med and mislead me for over a week while I call repetiviely asking for updates before having to transfer it somewhere else because they never could fill it. No reliability and no communication.

Martha killed it today while filling a prescription. She was able to figure out a coupon to help reduce the price. Can't thank her enough. This Bartell's location - and probably all of their other stores - absolutely blow Walgreens out of the water in every way shape and form when it comes to customer service.

I used to love Bartell Drugs, they would always go the extra mile. I have been going to them for over 20 years. However, in the last few months I keep getting the new Pharmacy Technician and everything has been messed up with my prescriptions so badly that I ended up going without my medication. I called in my prescription almost a week in advance (my prescription is not common and Kai (the Pharmacist) wanted the additional lead time and by the way Kai is excellent). I didn't have the prescription number on me, I was working at the time and asked the technician to please look up my account as I also wanted to know when I could pick it up. The technician looked it up and couldn't figure it out... I told her it was on a 28-day prescription rotation and I didn't have the date on me and I asked if she could count the days and let me know... SHE WAS SO MAD AT ME AND HUNG UP ON ME! So, I gave it a day and was hoping she had calmed down and I finally called back and she then decided she could help me and told me I could pick up in two days. I called her two days later and she told me they now don't have it in stock. At this point I'm out of my meds and she started calling around to other pharmacies which I appreciated, and was told the Lynnwood Pharmacy had it. So, I called Bartell's in Lynnwood and they said the woman at Mountlake Terrace had misinformed me and THEY wouldn't have it for another two days. So, the Lynnwood Bartell's told me they opened at 8:00 a.m., so here I sit and wait again, because the store is open, but the Pharmacy doesn't open until 9:00 a.m.

Used to be so great! Friendly and helpful. Now heaven forbid you ask a pharmacist a question!! The look so annoyed and put out. So my money is going bye bye. Bartell/riteaid went downhill

It's been months and the out-of-stock problem continues. I was shopping last week (6-26-22) and wanted some allergy medicine and there must have been over 70% of the items in this section out-of-stock. So I went next door to QFC and got what I needed. Nice to know I can rely on a grocery store to get my over the counter medications. Next time I'm just going to QFC. Not wasting my time hoping Bartell's will be in stock.

Never crowded, never crazy busy. They have most everything I need and I live very close so it's super convenient. The pharmacy is friendly however I only see the pharmacy when I'm sick. Now, the parking lot is a pain. There is parking in front of Bartell otherwise you're parking in a shared stripmall parking lot. Mornings are best any day.

As you can see from the prior reviews this used to be a great place to get your prescriptions but not anymore! Service and organization have completely gone, especially since Rite Aid took over the company! Three of our family members have prescriptions here and we always have issues with getting them filled in a timely manor even with auto refill( this only sporadically works the way it is supposed to). Very frustrating experiences with my child's controlled medication every month. New labels since becoming Rite Aid are in the smallest font and hard to read...that is an accidental overdose waiting to happen for some elderly person! Will be moving our prescriptions somewhere else even though it means driving further.

Had another poor experience with the pharmacy here. After a spelling issue prevented me from getting a prescription filled, I waited over a week for it to be fixed just to call in and find out they did nothing. Also, turns out they could have simply corrected it the first time and it took my over 30 minutes on the phone today before they decided to finally help. Looking for a new pharmacy now and hope they learn how to treat customers better the first time.Also, wanted to add this was for a medication that is required to be covered by insurance under the ACA...
