I strictly come to this location for my zyns and gas. I come here weekly and I must say I absolutely love the new owner, he is the friendliest and humble store owner I have met at any gas station. He welcomes me with a hello and have a great rest of your day every time I come in. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He also has made big moves and is changing this gas station in many amazing ways. You're doing a great job and keep up the good work! ?

Store has posted sign for open and closed. I walked in 5 minutes before close. Man ushered me out the door, "No, we are closed". I miss the people that used to work there.

Very poor customer service when I went in about accidentally hitting wrong grade of gas! It was older gentleman but he acted like he didn’t give a care in the world and said it’ll come back on card but I already paid him my last $20 to get gas because was on E. I work in customer service but he had poor response to me. You could’ve tried to help me figure out resolution considering I already paid $30 in your store today. Kind of disrespectful in my eyes. Associate name was Jun I went back in for receipt and he wouldn’t say a word or look at me in eyes.

Took 20 minutes to fill 10 gallons of old gas. Went inside to ask why but no attendant in the store.

The lady who works here was so nice to me when I locked my keys in the car. She is the nicest person in Mountlake Terrace. It’s funny because she looks like she has zero tolerance for bull$&!&, but then initiates the sweetest most kind acts for other human beings. I love hidden angels like this lady. They are who keeps the world going around.
