    I think most of the negative reviews are more a a function of the Bartels to CVS conversion and just watching the place become conveyor belt. My real issue is that refill prescriptions that were already recently filled, and that I cannot speak to an employee without providing the birthdate of my dog.

    Great and helpful people. The only gripe i have is their phone system. It would be nice to chat with pharmacy instead of leaving a voicemail.

    cancelled my vaccine appointment without my consent. didn't leave a voice message as to why. the virtual phone assistant is entirely useless and garbage. no wonder the rating is so low.
