Our unit was broken into and robbed, along with many others. No security cameras inside, so we can't even see who did it. Apparently this facility is robbed somewhat frequently, like two-three times a year. Would have been nice to know that before storing our things here. You'd think they'd have upped their security by now.
Needless to say, we are no longer storing our stuff here.

My unit was robbed along with several others and I had to find out from another tenant that this happens often and the management does nothing to resolve it. Look through the reviews and it seems this place gets robbed every six or so months.

Jonathan was absolutely wonderful! He was super informative over the phone and went above and beyond in person when we toured the facility. The storage space is clean, warm and secure! Highly recommend!

All I can say do yoy homework before you step in to this particular storage. They tend to miss represent numbers and obviously they try to upsell insurance coverage the so called mandatory policy implies on newbies to lease space with them.

The best storage experience I’ve had! Rented in the morning, got a lock/code/key all waiting for me later that day, in a clean storage unit. Friendly staff and reasonable prices all made this a great storage solution! Definitely recommend!
