This Pharmacy has been providing special packaging for my Mom who lives in an assisted living. They are nice on the phone and helped take care of all the medications being on schedule. Really good billing help also.

I have worked with Mercury Pharmacy for almost 20 years. The owner, Steve Boulanger, has built an amazing, patient focused business. As an Executive Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, I never had to worry about our residents receiving their medication timely. Their team always goes above and beyond to make sure their patients get everything they need. During the pandemic, Mercury Pharmacy went out of their way to accommodate getting everyone their vaccines and boosters. I can’t say enough about the quality, professionalism and dedication of Mercury Pharmacy.

You people need to treat your patients better. Especially the mentally ill ones!!! It would be tragic if one of us lost self control when provoked by one of you only to wind up slitting all your throats. That is what I want to avoid happening.

We receive my father’s medications through Mercury Pharmacy. You are unlikely to find a pharmacy as accommodating or intent on giving their clients a positive customer service experience. I appreciate the patience, support and communication I and my family have received when frustration arises about his doctors not sending in orders as quickly as we’d like. The delivery of medications is quick if needed, and the packaging gives me peace of mind that there will be no mistakes when the medication is administered to him. They have also been accommodating enough to fill some of my personal prescriptions and have always had them ready to go for me as soon as I arrive

This pharmacy delivers, but at 11 PM. If your doctor tells you you need to start taking your prescription right away, forget it. At times they don't even deliver until the next morning. And there doesn't seem to be much one can do about it.

They provide meds for my father-in-law and always keep me up to date with changes and always reach out if anything looks out of the ordinary. Helpful staff who really seem to care for their patients.

I have used mercury pharmacy services for about 10 years. Staff are competent, friendly and helpful to the very best of their ability. Sometimes people don't understand that it is not the fault of the pharmacy when meds aren't immediately available, factor in that they need to wait for doctor approval or renewed prescriptions. I work in assisted living/memory care and I love their services.

YES - Mercury is super convenient. This company is a complete joke, with horrible customer service. They take advantage of people and are way over priced. I used them to make the transition easier for entering my parents into a assisted living facility. When trying to leaving there services and go to another Pharmacy they made it impossible because they kept dispensing med's so that I could not get them anywhere else and then it would take forever for them reconcile the returns with my provider.

Mercury is generally OK except when you need them. I've been trying for four days to get a drug which needs to be taken every day. I've called them every day and been told the drug is on its way. I'm still waiting.

Packets very confusing for an elderly person to use alone. Switched pharmacies 4 months ago, still receiving some med packets. Customer service needs great improvement.
