I have been coming to Splash for a very long time. Since before Stephanie bought the business. I have gotten to know many of the staff as there is turnover every so often, just like most jobs.I’ve read through many of the reviews, and wanted to share my experience and some tips.As a fellow business owner, I can also relate to the stress of staffing, when certain times are really slow and others are very busy. I have seen both just in this year.I definitely recommend an appointment even if you call that day, which I usually do. Then they can let you know when it will be a good time to go in. However, they are also very accommodating for walk-ins.I felt safe to come during covid given their precautions even with a medically challenged child. And I have never gotten an infection in all my years of mani pedis. They were one of the first to add to dip in the area. And they have a ton of color choices.Every once in a while, I go to a different salon due to travel or to a friend inviting me to go with them, and I always find that I prefer Splash.I believe they are absolutely worth a try.

I went in to get my nails filled and they were extremely rude and rushed to get me out, even though there was no customers. To add on to my experience my fill for a solid color cost 60 dollars and when they fixed one nail they put on to small of a size, my nail ended up popping off again. Would not recommend anyone to go here, unless you like overpriced nails that weren’t done correctly.

Edit- my review would still be a 5 star if it wasn't for today. I got my nails done on Thursday, I go here regularly for fills, always spend an extra 20 dollars for cat eye polish and tip regularly. I go every week to two weeks to get a fill, and my polish redone regularly, bring friends with me, so that means extra business. So one of my nails had a chip from a bubble in the polish come off Saturday... it happens no big deal especially since they'll normally just fix it. They fixed my nail today and tried to rush the process by just putting polish on the whole nail with the chip no filing. The polish is thick, mind you, so it'll never even out and look smooth if you don't file it down. I told her I did not want that and wanted all the polish on the one nail off and redone so it matched the rest of my nails. She seemed frustrated with my choice because they had customers waiting for nails and whatnot, and I get it... but it took her less than 10 mins to file and redo the polish in a huge rush. And I just don't understand why it had to seem like an inconvenience. I'm a paying customer too and spend 70 dollars at least each time I come in. So it was just a hugely disappointing experience for me today. ?First review 5*- They always do a great job, and if you're unhappy with something they will fix right away.

Nice and clean nail salon.Sad I had a bad experienced .Lady who was doing my pedicure was making fun of my toes. I told her: Sorry I have ugly toes. She looked at me so surprised. She didn’t know I carry a translation dictionary device. Sometimes people can be rude ?Unfortunately I’m not coming backShe made me feel so uncomfortable.Service: Pedicure

Worst place ever. They are extremely rude, always ignoring the customer. They overcharge and quality is not worth it. My gel manicure chipped a week after I got them. I will never go back and would not recommend them to anyone.Services: Manicure

Don’t ever go here. I have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon. When I asked them why my nails were double the price I paid last time they yelled at me and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will never go back.Services: Manicure

You need to pick and chose who does your nails here. Not all the techs are good. I came here before and left happy and this time not so much. French tip should be a skill all nail techs should have and this lady did the worst job I have ever seen and this is after I asked her to fix it and she got upset. I honestly don't know how she works here. The shape Of the tips are not even and lobsided she left paint on my skin.

My daughter and I have gone to Splash for 2 years. We spend a lot of money there. They are grossly understaffed for the amount of business they do. We have made appointments in the past and then we get there and wait another 40-60 minutes. Oh when you make an appointment, the don't ask for your name, WTH? My daughter gets an acrylic full with shellac, $80 always, I'm a dip at $50.. $80 fill? We're in MLT not downtown at done fancy spa. I use there stamp card, but because they have never split up nails vs toes, they only give you $25 towards your "free" dip because the snuck a pedicure on the card. So shady, so unethical and wrong to your loyal customers. I will NEVER go back. It's sad because many of the nail techs are sweet and do a good job. They are way to busy for that small space and they need to revisit customer service 101.

Yesterday I went to get an acrylic fill with a simple design. It took about 2 hours and at first I showed a design with rhinestone on 4 fingers and the lady said it would be $120 then I decided I wanted to switch to a simpler design with no rhinestones. She said it would be $140, I'm not sure how we got to that price especially for a fill but okay. I paid and left a tip and then went home and had a nail break less than 24 hours after. I came back to get it fixed and luckily wasn't charged for repair so I guess that's a plus!

The management has a strong serious presence toward staff and it adds an air of tensity. Great job but need to relax and have fun more.

Arrived 5:30 pm on a Thursday for a 5:45 appointment, very awkward just standing here waiting to be seen as this nail salon is pretty crowded. My nail tech did a great job but the 2 other people I arrived with waited an hour to be helped.2 stars due to it being an unorganized salon. I hope they get better at time and customer management!

Felt so awkward not welcoming at all. Completely over priced and the lady literally painted my skin and couldn’t even stay on the nail. I felt completely judged my whole time there and I will never be coming back.Service: Pedicure

The worst experience of my life. The girl who did my nail was so insensitive and did not take on my request. She made my nail so ugly which was dip it was so fat and bumpy the husband who is the owner did not intervene when I asked just gave her extra directions to fix it which at the end was a mess. I will never come back.Services: Acrylic nails

Long time customer here. I took a break from going here due to COVID and just came back. To say the least this place has gone downhill not just based on the customer service but the artistic skills as well. Upon my arrival I learned my favorite artist, Judy had left. Still, I gave Splash another try hoping to find a new nail artist. That was the start of the downfall. Never once was I given a greeting, smile or offered a water. Something I am accustom to when going to a nail salon. The lady doing my nails rushed the entire process and made a unsettling glare when I asked to look at the nail book. I left without any of my cuticles being trimmed or touched nor did I receive any cuticle oil. The prices are outrageous for the quality. I paid $75 for a French manicure and this is how it turned out. Notice how you can barely see any color and this is after two coats.. I was scared to ask for a third so that I not upset her. (Shouldn't the customer always be right and feel comfortable)? Splash, I WILL NOT be coming back.
