The owner Joe is super friendly and very knowledgeable of the industry. I am always greeted with a warm hello and a smile. The store is clean, very orderly, making it easy to find things I'm looking for. If he doesn't have it in stock he's always offering and willing to try to pull the item in for you through his vendor. These days there aren't many small businesses out there that are willing to go that extra mile for their customers.
