This place is fantastic. Great Communication, patient employees, and the straight soss. They might not have the answer you want, but they'll tell it to you like it is, and help you find solutions. They don't sugar-coat it, but that doesn't make them rude by any means. Parking is trash though, so they lost a star there.

Staff is small but very helpful, courteous and professional. I do wish the door would open at 8am instead of 9am.

I went to USPS today to send three packages for the first time, and I had no idea what to do. Two amazing employees helped me with everything – they picked the right box, explained how to fill out the forms, and were incredibly friendly! They made the whole process so easy and pleasant. This was the best experience I could have imagined! Huge thanks for the amazing service and kindness! 💙📦✨

Came into the post office today to figure out how to send an OfferUp package and Kathy saw that I was unfamiliar with what I was doing. She showed me a package that was way better fitting and explained that I could print my label off at the library a block away. Thank you so much for a positive experience! Other office workers were great too!

No wait on a weekday midday. Clerks were both friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me some helpful information regarding my mail. Got serviced quickly. No complaints here!

Never open and no where to even drop off a letter without going inside. Other post offices, like Mill Creek, at least allow entry to mail items and purchase stamps when office itself is closed. No post box nearby. This office has never been open and it's not easy to find. Frustrating.

First time in this location. Steve was polite and welcoming. Same thing from his coworker. As soon as I was in line, she greeted me and was helpful.
Small office, before this one I was in the big USPS location at Edmonds which is closer to my place. Not a good experience there. I don't mind the drive to this office. Thanks.
