“I started taking Zumba classes from Nathan almost 8 years ago & I've been hooked ever since. His classes are fun and the workout doesn't even feel like exercise. The atmosphere at his studio is amazing. Nathan pushes us to be our best & holds us accountable. Everyone who goes to his studio to take his classes are encouraging to one another and we're like one big happy family. I value the friendships I've made there but more importantly, I appreciate Nathan as not only my fitness instructor but also as a friend. I encourage you to take a class, you'll leave there sweaty from an awesome workout but also with a smile on your face from all the fun you just had!”

“The front desk employee's are friendly and helpful. Our grandsons have a great time playing basketball here and swimming. My wife and I love to walk around the track and we also had a great trainer for a couple months. She helped us get use to the equipment and taught us how to use everything correctly in order to prevent injury. The value for her services was on target with other trainers in the area. When we needed anything we were provided great support and customer service.”
