It's a gas station. They sell gas and inside they sell other things like most gas stations do. It's not the cheapest gas around, but it will make your car go (unless it's all electric).

My card wasn't working and the person at the register helped me out and used his own card to help me so I didn't have to push my vehicle home. You don't run into kindness like that very often. Give them your business, they deserve it!
