Too bad I can only give five stars Architectural Buildings Specialties was great. Liza was very nice to work with and they delivered on time and in budget. Less than a week after we placed the order the new box was in at a very reasonable price

Have been working with ARCHITECTURAL BUILDING SPECIALTIES, LLC for over 5 years. So far, their services have been excellent. Liza is always taking care of my orders promptly. Definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I agree with JBSL review.
I think she hates her work.
Very unfriendly and poor communication with customer.
Also very unresponsive to request and questions. As you responded below you are very unfriendly person. Not upset with USPS but you as owner of the business is unresponsive with NO courtesy.
It's hard to believe that your a owner, I thought you were an employee.

ABS was very helpful and efficient with the replacement of our vandalized community mailbox. The challenge of collaborating with the mailbox users for the replacement funding and working with the USPS were more substantial. My advice... if you have a vandalized community mailbox that needs replacement - the sooner you begin the replacement process the sooner the USPS will be able to resume mail delivery.

Wonderful Company to work with! We inquired about a cluster mail box for our neighborhood in Marysville. Liza was prompt and pleasant to work with. We had lots of questions and she responded in a timely manor and had knowledgeable answers ever time. It took us almost two month to complete our process ( no fault to them it was hard to organize 12 homes) and they were patient and helpful every step of the way. Read less

We needed a locking mailbox ASAP due to mail theft and we found a local supplier with a great in-stock selection. Architectural Building Specialties was a great company to work with...friendly, informative, quick & great product!!!!!

I purchased a new locking mailbox for my neighborhood after ours was vandalized. Architectural Building Specialties was quick to respond and provided several options. They were reasonably priced and accommodating of our specific request regarding installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Even better, we haven't had any break-in issues with the new secure mailbox.
