“I only go here. And as long as they are in business, I will only go here. Mark & Vickey have that person touch when it comes to a small business and don’t care about the quality of the work they do. They don’t cut corners and fight for their customers when it comes to insurance companies trying to cut corners and put aftermarket parts on your car. If you use this version, your car will probably be in better condition than it was before it got hit.I only send my friend here because I don’t trust anybody else with my vehicles. My M3 is my baby and only trust it in the hands of pros. If you book them be prepared for a wait at first, everybody wants to go with them.”

“Hit a felled tree during that wind/rainstorm in mid August. Every other repair shop said they couldn’t look at my car until mid September except Hanson. They got my car in within the week and replaced the front bumper, matched the paint job, replaced the right lower light, and cleaned my entire car on top of it. Very speedy and great service. “First off. The communication was great, Natalie kept me informed on the stages of repair and even called to ask if we’re okay because of all the flooding. We live out in Sultan, Washington. There are very few shops around that still make Quality work their biggest priority. Larry at Edmonds Autobody is focused on maintaining the highest quality work possible. I recently had a whole bunch of rocks fly out of a dump truck at my car leaving me with a broken windshield and a badly chipped hood, bumper and fenders, I worked for Larry when I was a kid and I learned what quality Autobody work is at Edmonds Autobody. Larry is the best painter I know. I have worked at a lot of body shops and I knew if I want my car to be fixed to my high standards I need to take it to Edmonds Autobody. I picked up my car today and I am so pleased it looks better than when I bought the car! Also! They polished out a scratch in my steering wheel’s Subaru emblem. Thank you. They made me feel like me and my car was taken care of above and beyond. Anytime I called and said my name they new exactly who I was, and always a pleasure to talk with even with me being so nervous. Plus when I got the car back it was so clean inside and out! I will be referring to them any time a friend or family needs a good body shop. Five stars is not enough, they need like ten stars.”
