“I have been using this PostNet location for over 10 years, and Chris and the entire staff have become like family. They are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whenever I call to check if my mail or packages have arrived, they are always happy to assist.
Patrick, who is usually there in the mornings, has been especially helpful. I remember one occasion when FedEx marked an important package as delivered, but it never arrived at PostNet. When I called, Patrick confirmed they hadn’t received it yet and suggested the driver may have accidentally delivered it to another business in the same strip mall. Instead of simply asking me to contact FedEx, Patrick went above and beyond by personally checking several nearby businesses to help locate my package. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
I highly recommend this PostNet location to anyone looking for reliable mailbox and shipping services. Their outstanding customer service and genuine care for their customers are the reasons I’ve remained a loyal customer for more than a decade.”
