We reached out to ask about openings for my son and included some issues we had with some mental delays with my son. The director reached out via email asking for some clarification about it and once I responded she called me to tell me they had openings and would be able to take him. We went to the tour and were turned away right away being told they would not be able to accommodate him. I tried calling back to speech directly with the director, Kathy, since I had been emailing with her and she knew everything before hand, and she dodged the phone call and has yet to call me back. I’d never recommend wasting time with this facility.

Kindercare Harbour Pointe was my number 1 choice when I decided to go back to work. I did a tour with Kathy the director and she was so sweet and very informative. My son has been going for a few weeks now and he loves Ms. Rachel! She is the best and I love the updates we get throughout the day. I feel at ease knowing he is in Ms. Rachels care!! Ms. Rachel is easy to talk to, she knows how close I am with my son so her updates are a plus. Ms. Hannah is also amazing! She always is so sweet to my son. Kathy is also very communicative which I love. We also love seeing Carisa in the front every morning! She made enrollment very easy! Thank you so much ladies for making this transition so amazing for us!!

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this location! My daughter has been attending for about 3 years and has LOVED every classroom she’s been in and every teacher that she’s had! Her absolute favorite teachers have been Ms Kayleen and Ms Maha. She talks about them every day, tells me she misses them, and even invited both to her birthday party this year! My daughter also tells me that she prefers Mr Harley’s food over the food we make at home haha! Kathy (the owner) has been absolutely wonderful to work and communicate with. Carisa (at the front desk) is always welcoming and so helpful if/when there is anything we need help with. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! We love this KinderCare and their amazing staff!

This place is A+! I have had both of my kids go from the infant room, to toddlers, and now one of them will be in Transitional Kindergarten and the other will be in Discovery Preschool! Our experience with staff have been nothing but positive and we know that they care about the well being of our children. Special shoutout to the Infant teachers, Ms staci and aspen, as well as Ms Kayleen and Maha for helping to develop our children and keeping them safe. Highly recommend this daycare!

My 2YO and 5YO both had absolutely wonderful experiences at KC Harbour Pointe when they attended in 2022 & 2023. While we had originally registered at Edmonds KC, that center had so many issues (e.g. being unexpectedly shut down last summer by the department of licensing for a series of safety violations; multiple directors + the entire teacher staff turnover; etc.), that we ended up transferring to the HP location, which was much further from our home. Director Kathy kindly admitted our family without any notice, and with such welcoming open arms. She and her staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition for our kiddos and for us as parents. It was a night and day experience from the KC Edmonds location, and had we lived closer by, our kids would have continued attending. Kathy and her team are so buttoned up, and go above and beyond to create magical experiences for the kids - for example, they designed an awesome summer "camp" program that included pony rides, zoo animal visits, tie dye shirt making, creating stuffies, and even a mobile gymnastics field trip. We'll really miss Kathy and her team of amazing teachers. Whole-heartedly recommend KC HP as a wonderful place for kids!

This is the best place to enroll a child. We love the staff and they take care of our son as if he was their own. They are kind and supportive and truly love him. We can't wait to bring him back next summer for after school care.

I had to return to work when my son was six weeks old and he started at Kindercare, which was tough as a mom, but I knew it was the right place for him. What I love most about Kindercare is it feels like he has a second family that loves and cares for him. The teachers are amazing and kind people. He is now 6 months old and still loves going to "school!" The curriculum is interesting and engaging for him and the teachers are really responsive to his needs and provide us a lot of helpful thoughts and feedback as well.

They keep staff children with pink eye they over work staff and definitely not family oriented highly do not recommend.

Hands down the best Childcare Center in the area. I have been a parent at this center for over 5 years. My infant has thrived in the infant classroom and has a great bond with her teachers. She feels safe and happy at drop off, and is always interacting and having a blast when I pick her up. The directors do a great job at informing families via email or the app when illnesses are going around (which is 100% normal bringing children together.) Due to their diligence with trying to prevent spreading of illnesses my almost one year old was safe from catching high-contagious viruses like pink eye and hand foot and mouth. Couldn’t be happier with the care they provide for my littles.

Very glad to have found this place. Kathy and Carissa do a fantastic job and I trust everyone on their team. We have been going here for 8 years and now have 3 kids attending. We even moved houses to be in a school district they served with school aged kids. I recommend them to anyone I know who needs childcare.

I love my Harbour Point KinderCare. The Director and Teachers respond quickly and are very friendly. My 15 month old is excited to go and is greeted with a smile everyday! Thanks for all that you do for me and my family!

I have 3 kids attending Harbour pointe center. I highly recommend this center especially now with Covid, staff is being very precautions about the situation. My kids love going to the center i always get pictures through the KinderCare app! Its amazing i can see everything they do during the day. The staff is super nice and always answering any questions.

This KinderCare location has been the best experience I have ever had with a daycare provider. We have been using them for over 7 years for our daycare and I could not be sadder to leave them because we are moving. My oldest attended their Kindergarten program and my youngest has been there since she was 3 months old.Their staff it an amazing group of people who care passionately about their students and taking amazing care of them every day. Especially since the Pandemic they have been very responsive to the requirements and implemented protocol long before it was mandated by the State. Not once have we felt uncomfortable sending our kids there during this time because we know without a doubt they are safe because of the staff.Thanks! You've been a great help to my family and I hope our next center is as professional as you!

Wonderful facility for our son in Pre-K. The director, Kathy, has been very helpful and made our first experience for our son entering school very pleasant and welcoming. The teachers for Pre-K, Ms Alyssa and Ms Kat communicate weekly to keep me informed of our son's progress. The school curriculum is great, and I have seen a substantial growth in our son's social skills and learning. This facility is located in a very convenient location of Mukilteo as well. I am very pleased with this facility and would highly recommend this facility!

We started taking our 2 kids to Harbour Pointe KinderCare about 16 months ago and I can't say enough great things about this center! We finally left the previous daycare we went to for over 2 years because it was getting pretty bad and we had to get out of there! Lucky for us, we were able to tour Harbour Pointe Kindercare and they had 2 openings! The staff is not only amazing, but the teachers my kids have really do care about their education, well being and take their time working with them! The director Kathy is nothing short of amazing! She runs that center very well and we are happy with our experience, not to mention our kids love it there too. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is just the $$ we pay for 2 kiddos. I highly recommend Harbour Pointe Kindercare!
