I have had an account with this bank for many years and have run into frustration and callas reactions so many times I try to deal with the tellers. I was told as long as I did something, then a problem I was having would be fixed, and the next time I went inside to do my banking, the same problem arose after eons of doing what they say to fix it!!! And the customer service was "yeah, no, no I can't help you" and "I don't know" and I try to fix it and same thing again! Ugh! Not worth it!

They make it difficult to cash a check each time, my employer is banking with this bank, for 5 years they are difficult to cash any of my checks, not happy ?

very unfortunate that heritage closed its Clinton Branch now we have to drive further, and going to the mainland dealing branches that don't know us when we have been banking for over 40 years, hopefully these branches can become accommodating.getting better now thank you.

I liked them at first but I'm finding it annoying that it takes a while for anything to get cleared through. My account will show what's taken out one day showing the balance then the next day stills show pending but a different balance so thinking its what I have it isn't and it messes me up. Im thinking of leaving heritage because of this. Just take it out already like other banks and stop holding everything so long. Might check chase out but had them before and problem with identity theft. Bank's are getting ridiculous.

Terrible branch. They made me wait 25min to tell me they couldn’t help me deposit my check? Confusing. Luckily Chase took my $15,000 check no problem and super quick! Do yourself a favor and walk across the parking lot to Chase.

I use this bank for my business and find that we get good service. The lobby is not as busy as some of their competition.

Do not do business with this bank. The Manager (Mikala) and Assistant Manager (Stephanie-who misrepresented her positons) are completely unprofessional and do not care about their customers. The cusomter service aspect is non-existant and the bank seems to be run by inexperienced children with no savvy. There is constant staff turn over and I believe this branch will eventually be closed. I was a loyal customer when it was Whidbey Bank and since it has changed hands it is just part of the typical Corporate we don't give a crap attitude. Stick with Credit Union banking institutions, the services and attitudes are always member focused.

The most difficult bank I've ever had. They rejected 3 online checks after saying they were accepted. Those checks caused a slew of NSF's. Most of those check have been canceled now and I have no way of getting them re-issued. This has almost cost me $1000 dollars. I thought it would be smart to go with a smaller local bank, who cared about customer service. Wrong! I will be closing my account just as soon as I go back to chase.

Brenda Wallace is amazing!! Helped my Nephew get his Inheritance when he had no documentation because he was 4 years old and both parents have passed away. She went the extra mile to contact the bank the inheritance originated at and had them email the necessary documents!!! Many Kudos Brenda!!

My family and family business have been using this bank for 20+ years since it was City Bank. They have always treated us great!
