This location off of the Mukilteo Speedway is my favorite. I've never had any issues with the ATM and convenience of the branch, and the service has always been very professional. I really appreciate Tatianna taking good care of my account and finances. She's been amazing at offering a personable banking experience and goes above and beyond to make me feel safe and valued, trusting my finances with KeyBank. When I first started my account here in 2017 I never imagined it would become my preferred, and the online banking platform made it simple to monitor my finances over the years. Thank you Tatianna and Jessica at the Mukilteo KeyBank branch for your excellent customer service.

The absolute worst bank experience I have ever had. I'm new to the state and was using their atm to pullout money for lunch and the machine took my card without warning. When I went inside to ask for help, the manager told me it was shredded and destroyed.. I have no way to operate without that card and she was very rude. I called cooperate and they said there is nothing they can do. This has never happened to me and she sat in that office as I'm struggling to figure out what I'm going to do and laughed with the other branch employees. It was horrible and can't believe I was treated this way. Will never use them or join this bank because of this. No compassion or caring for someone who did nothing wrong. Also had to pay a fee to get a new card sent out. The absolute worst..

Two star because the employees at this branch is not at fault. It's this company; it's run by a bunch of you know what. Are you planning on doing business with this bank? See below before you do. -get ready to get fraud on your account two days after opening an account. -after that, get ready for another fraud on the new account. -while this is happening, you have to deal with customer "service". they have none btw. they also have the dumbest protocols. they will send you so much paperwork to sign and notarize even after it was all done at the branch. -did you type in the wrong password once on your online banking? they will force you to go prove your identity at a local branch. ONCE. I typed in my password incorrectly ONCE and they locked me out of your account.

If I could give a CERO POINTS REVIEW I So Would worst experience in my life not one could give me an explinatation why I got charge back on a check from the place I work and normally get paid w not issue after coming back and on for 2 days I got tired and wanted to closed my account tired of the service cuz not only that my account got blocked for not reason and oh well they can't give me my own money that I always own Jessica tried to help but the manager of the branch and the Ladie in the second teller window are totally help less can't believe they got an award for client experience

What a wonderful privilege to visit this branch and not be told ahead of time of the $7.92 check cashing fee. Had I known, I would have gone to another large corporation and paid much less to get my hard earned money. Starting to figure out more and more why the middle class is getting so angry. I cannot give a zero star rating which is what they deserve because I cannot post a review without some sort of star
