While visiting the Home Show I talked with a representative of Great Floors. Based on that experience I went to the Great Floors in Lynnwood to see what they could do for me. My experience was great from beginning to end. The salesperson, Cathy, was knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. She was integral in helping me decide on the product and color. She then came out to my place and measured the space, quickly sent an estimate and helped schedule the work. When the installers came - on time! - they were very professional and hard working. Throughout the install they were attentive to keeping the space as clean as possible. They were very efficient and completed the whole job within 2 days. My overall experience with this company from beginning to end was nothing but outstanding.
