I have bought some great items at thev"Wooden Spoon" over the years and I will say I have found things in this store thar are unique to any other store I have been in that is what has drawn me back. The owner is very kind and helpful, so kind that I had no idea she was the owner until after she helped me, she was like a customer in a way she was very easy for me to talk to. She was not hidden somewhere in the back like a lot of owners can do. She was talking to her employee like they were friends. This store is absolutely one of a kind with the items they carry to how they have decorated it. It's very charming, comfortable, not to big and I love that because it's more personable and the items are not rows away from the things I needed and more than a few I didn't know I needed until I saw them. Everything I have bought there is still in working order that's huge to me. I have some items that are 15 years old and in great shape. I take care of my things but when you use something daily it won't last as long with most things. The quality is awesome and you wouldn't know it until you've owned it for 15 years or 25 years then you know. Because the quality of what I have purchased over the many years I can say that this store is quality.”

“I was looking to have laminate flooring installed in my condo recently. There were so many choices of where to go to purchase it that it was almost overwhelming. While visiting the Home Show I talked with a representative of Great Floors. Based on that experience I went to the Great Floors in Lynnwood to see what they could do for me. My experience was great from beginning to end. The salesperson, Cathy, was knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. She was integral in helping me decide on the product and color. She then came out to my place and measured the space, quickly sent an estimate and helped schedule the work. When the installers came - on time! - they were very professional and hard working. Throughout the install they were attentive to keeping the space as clean as possible. They were very efficient and completed the whole job within 2 days. My overall experience with this company from beginning to end was nothing but outstanding. They provided wonderful customer service, did not try to up sell me on something I didn't want and were able to complete the job quickly. When I need to replace the carpets in my bedroom, I will be using them again. I wholeheartedly recommend this store - they were great!!”

“This review is long overdue, but I wanted to take the time to give the Everett Floor and Decor a wonderful review after a remodel disaster.We bought a house that was built in 1969 with original everything. We have a wonderful flooring guy that recommended we check out floors at Floor and Decor. We had to rip out the original carpets out of the entire house, and picked out new LVP at Floor and Decor. We got it delivered and the flooring guys started and we were on our way - or so we thought.That night, after the entire first floor was completed, we got a call from the flooring company. They couldn't continue because so many pieces of the flooring were defective. They were breaking on him so often, there weren't pieces to continue. We immediately went to Floor and Decors site, and were devastated to learn that there were not any returns or refunds on open boxes. We were shocked and upset, we felt we lost thousands of dollars in just a few hours.The next day, I contacted the store manager of the Everett Floor and Decor. I explained what happened, and said that we need them to make an exception to their policy as there is obviously a defect in the flooring that we picked. Fast forward a few days, a variety of phones to us and our flooring contractors, and I am very happy to report that they completely resolved our issue! We were able to get a credit towards a different flooring, which is beautiful and the installers loved. It worked out perfectly, thanks to the mgmt of Floor and Decor for having understanding for our situation and taking ownership.One of the reasons why this took so long was we then had a dining room turned into a master bathroom. We were so impressed with the way the handled our flooring situation, we got ALL our tiles and supplies from the same location (and loved that as well).I highly recommend Floor and Decor for your remodeling needs. I am very impressed, and grateful, for how they were able to resolve our issue.”
