I came in today for a slow leak and Lauren helped me. I had to replace my tires and she was very kind, helpful, thoroughly explained my options and was very patient with me while I decided which route to take. She is a hard worker and I was impressed seeing her work on my car; very efficient. She has a personality of gold and I hope that if and when I need to bring my car in again, that she is the one to help me. Thank you, Lauren!

AL & Kylie took great care of me expediently, efficient communication honest hard-working. Didn't skip a beat for my day of errands for a non-scheduled appointment. Will be bringing all of my vehicles here. Highly recommend.

I dropped off my car thinking there was a slow leak in a tire. Wyatt did a careful inspected and twice looked at the tire I thought was in question. He performed the recheck with a very positive attitude and had a professional bearing from start to finish. This tie location is the place to go if you want dedicated care.

Kylie was so helpful when I came in with two flat tires, she went above and beyond with checking on the status of work being done and herself fixing a valve stem while the team was closing up shop. They acomódate us every time we come in with options and expert opinions. The popcorn is always a great plus and the great customer service makes the time past faster! Sometime getting this kind of work done can be a quite a mess, but they make it so much easier!

Missed my appointment because the guy said a tire patch would take 45 minutes max. It took 1 hour and 46 minutes. Had I been told that I would have gone to next place I don’t care if it was free or not just be realistic

Let me start by saying this: I absolutely hate dealing with car maintenance bc it always ends up being a huge expense and usually end up getting stuff I wasn’t even intend in to get from being upsold or presssured..
BUT today was completely different: I Had an appt to get my tires looked at to see how many I needed to get replaced before I drove out of town.. I knew for sure I needed to at least get one that had been going flat on me.. they were sooo kind and the gentleman came out and let me know what was causing my tire to go flat was fixable and it was no need to buy new tires.. literally that was a HUGE blessing, not only that but the fix they did was also completely free I could have cried. Such amazing service, and quick (my toddler appreciated the popcorn while waiting also ? ) I will absolutely come back to this location for my services moving forward I know they genuinely want to take care of their customers and not try to up sale like most places I have gone in the past. Thanks you guys!

Had an appointment @11:am to replace truck brakes, showed up to the office, I asked how long it will take to replace them since I had an appointment and the parts were on hand which they ordered for my truck.
The office girl told me she doesn’t know how long it will take to replace the brakes . Don’t know what kinda answer is that, even I told her that I am not in rush but provide me a time for pick up.
She said by the end of the day where I showed up right at 11:am and the shop close at 6pm. Not sure why would it take them so long where I had appointments at first place.
Very disappointed and not recommended.
