I came to the Mukilteo Speedway location hoping for help with a flat. It was recommended to get two new back tires, about 400$. Tires put on and I left, I thought that would be the end. Unfortunately it wasn't. Al the store manager received a call from someone claiming to be my employer (I'm not employed and am a homemaker) and without any need for further review added this fake employers email into my account as if it were my own, discussed my personal information and sent the fake employer a full invoice of my personal vehicle and my tires. This includes my name, email, address, phone number, make model etc info about my vehicle. When I discovered that someone had my information I immediately called the store and spoke with a crew member who told me no way their store didn't do that and there would be no way to tell. So I contacted a different store who heard my story, looked at my account and discussed how that was absolutely against policy and then sent me PDF proof that Al the store manager had gone into my account with dates and times and added the fake employers email into my account. When I received this I contacted the store who told me that the store manager "went home early" and couldn't be spoken with that day. i then contacted headquarters who said they would investigate. The next day i called the store and AL was finally available and said he didnt even think twice about it and saw no concerns and just thought he was helping out a business. im not employed, its my car fully, in my name only, and i have been a victim of stalking in the past and explained that to him, his response was oh well i didnt think about that. i also told him how it was fist denied by his store and that only after another store sent me proof did they finally even say they did it. Headquarters contacted me and said the manager was going to have to train the employees about the policy and why they cant give out information to anyone without first getting approval from account holder. i doubt this manager really cares, or even thinks he did anything wrong. i wouldnt go here as they dont respect customers or their privacy. i was offered a whoops my bad im sorry apology and thats all. i hope this review helps hold this manager accountable and gives customers a second thought about going to this les schwab. Al a store manager doesnt know his own policy and will deny fault until faced with proof. Imagine what else they hide or will cover up in regards to your vehicle? how many other times will they act clueless when they know theyve done wrong? take your car elsewhere and save yoyrself the trouble and doubt!

Deplorable service from the woman with long hair working at the front reception; with her feeble attempt at an apology when I inquired about the status of my car and why it took so long to be called upon. And the dead pan stare & eye roll she gave was just the cherry on top. There's no need to write an extensive narrative as her leadership team can research that I was there on the morning of Tue. Jan. 30th. Sufficed to say, I shall be going to the Lynnwood location on Hwy 99 as my default Les Schwab from now on. Do better Les Schwab Mukilteo.

The techs and service desk people were knowledgeable and friendly! Both times I was in there wondering if I should get new tires. Both times they said “not yet”.

Driving a rental car with low tire pressure warning. Swing in to get tire topped off. Service technician checked all four tires and took great care of me. Thanks les Schwab

This Les Schwab couldn't replace my brake pads on a 2019 Expedition today because replacing brake pads was too "technical". Keep in mind, they knew which vehicle we scheduled an appointment for today. The rude receptionist forced my wife to sit through a 50 minute inspection requirement despite the fact Ford already inspected them and confirmed they needed to be replaced. Upon inspection, the tech determined that he was uncomfortable trying to replace the pads.Luckily, the Les Schwab on Hwy 99 in Lynnwood was able to figure out how to replace the brake pads in a timely manner (faster than the inspection in Mukilteo). I recommend starting there and not wasting your time in Mukilteo.

The best tire and brake place!

If you're thinking about coming here for a brake job, check out the Les Schwab on Hwy 99 in Lynnwood. In Mukilteo, you get a bad attitude from the lady when you check in then the technician tells you a 2019 has brakes that are "electronic" so he can't fix them. Skip the hassle and head to Lynnwood.

These guys are a joke literally had 2 alignments before my warranty on my tires and the are shot!! I paid 1500.00 for them last year and I noticed how terrible they were looking and when it started raining this year i was all over the road so I took my car in. They did some quick alignment test on my car and told me my warranty was not valid lol typical. Do not trust Les Schwab They're not what they used to be.

I ordered a full set of 4 tires online for my daughter to have put on her AWD vehicle. After taxes it was about $700. When my daughter got there she said they were going to do different tires and they were going to be cheaper. I called in to verify the information with LS and was told they had a cheaper set that would be just as good and it was going to be about $525-550. Ok, cool. Well now I'm going through my receipts and see on the LS invoice it says only two tires were changed. I call to see if this was a typo since I was told I bought a full set for my daughter's AWD. I call and not only was I spoken over and not given a chance to fully explain my issue, but I was told that they only sold her two tires!!! Why did I spend over $500 for only two tires when I could've had a full set for $700! Apparently they decided to move the rear tires to the front and put two new ones on the back. This was NOT what was told to me the day of service. I was told I was purchasing a full set. So I spent over $200 per tire when I should've only spent about $160 a tire. Not to mention I only got HALF of what I thought was purchased. I was extremely disappointed by the "customer service" when I called. Don't talk over people, let them explain. I wouldn't have been so frustrated with the employee that answered (who was the same one who lied to me in the first place) if she would've let me explain my issue. Make sure you know what you're buying and if you have to send your teen in, make sure they don't get scammed like mine did!

DENIEL FLESHMAN This is a highly responsive specialist. He will always explain everything and make sure that you don’t have any problems while driving a car. I had a great experience changing tires on my GMC 3500 truck. It was a difficult selection of wheels, and we had to change them several times until we found the exact brand of wheels that suited my driving conditions. And this guy did it. Now I refer everyone I know to this guy. Guys, if you want to change your tires on your truck, contact him, he knows a lot about this and will select wheels for any conditions!!!

I was given a quote for a set of 4 tires. I made an appt for the following Sat. I waited 11/2 hours only to find out they put the wrong tires on my car that would have cost me twice the amount of the quote. TWICE the amount. With no explanation as to why, they agreed to put the correct tires on my car. However, it took another 3 1/2 hours to finish the job. My 11/2 hours turned into 5 hours and a bit uneasy feeling as to what it was they were trying to pull off. As well as, I didn't even get the common courtesy of next in line. I had to wait for all the appointments ahead of me before they would take my car back to the bay. In the end of it all, it was $100 over my quote, and absolutely no apologies or discount offered. Sketchy place at best.

I can’t say enough about Chris at this particular Mukilteo location. My wife got a flat on the way to work, which is several dozen miles away from where we live. Being at work myself, and wanting to help but not being close I reached out to the nearest Les Schwab location in proximity to her work. From the very first phone call I made it was obvious that Chris was going to do whatever he could to make sure that we were taken care of. I can’t say enough about not only his willingness to help, but his professionalism throughout the process. He came out to my wife’s work, put on the spare tire for her and took the damaged tire back to the shop to be assessed. Because we had just purchased tires from Les Schwab, Chris was able to replace the damaged tire with a brand new one under warranty. This is the best experience we have ever had during a very stressful day dealing with something no one wants to deal with, the dreaded flat tire. Thank you Chris and thank you Les Schwab of Mukilteo for helping my wife get back on the road safely.
