I highly recommend Lily's Nails! My mom got a manicure and pedicure for her upcoming trip, and she was very pleased with their excellent service, friendly staff, and the final results. Thank you for your great care, Vivian!
I called the salon and was able to book a same-day appointment without any issues. They accommodated me without hesitation. I also asked several questions about manicure options, and they patiently answered everything I needed to know. Instead of upselling unnecessary high-priced services, they focused on understanding my mom’s needs.
I really appreciated the salon’s calm atmosphere and the soothing background music, which made the experience even more relaxing. Without a doubt, they are the best nail salon in the Mukilteo area!

The staff is great they have always done a great job on my nails been with them for 5 years and would never switch to another Salon! Rose and Sam are awesome always accommodating and welcoming! They both do great designs too!

Nail tech didn’t bother to say hi or asked if I wanted my toe nails cut down she went and proceed with cutting them. Didn’t asked how’s the color when she 1st started to polish my 1 toe nails bc I could have changed it to a brighter color, since the color choice on the sample nails was bright and very light on my skin. I asked for it to be brighter and her response was 3 coats already. Ok, let me just end it there and pay and leave. Won’t be coming back, bc there are a lot more nails shop out there that will care for your service and experience.

Decided to give it a 2nd try after not great experience 11 months ago. Asked for buff/shine which they put no effort in to. Same price as gel etc... :-( definitely won't be returning.
Oh, and they got me in 45 minutes late for my appointment!

This is the worst place I have ever been. Tammy did my nails.. She didn't listen, they are so thick it's ugly, and they are lumpy with big groves. Also, she cut my fingers twice with the mail file. Not worth $45
