I was a regular - getting monthly services for almost two years. However, yesterday was the last straw. I showed up about 7 minutes late to my appointment and walk into the store. There is no acknowledgment from the owner (who always has an attitude) and so I wait a couple minutes patiently. I finally ask where the lady I have my appointment with is, and am told she is doing someone else’s pedicure because I was fifteen minutes late. I look at the clock and it is only 10 minutes over my appointment. There have been countless times I have been on time for my scheduled appointment and expected to wait 10-20 minutes. I have never complained. However, apparently that consideration is not applied the other way around. I also stopped getting pedicures here because the last two times the technicians caused injuries to my toe. In fact one time the injury was so bad, I could hardly walk for several days. I considered reporting them to the health department. In hindsight, I should have.

Master Nails has been my obvious destination for last one year. The staffs are skilled and never fail to deliver! During my recent visit, I showed C C a picture and she ended up making my nails exactly like the image! Absolutely loving my new nails for the season!

Great job on pedicures, friendly staff, good amount of pedi options (get the #2) and we happened to be there on a day where if you spent over $35, you earned a complimentary glass of wine. Super fun! Make an appointment, they are busy.

they were able to get my mom and i in for mani pedis almost immediately after we walked in! due to work, neither of us can have painted nails, but they still did an incredible job, especially on the cuticles. mine are always bitten up and somehow they smoothed them out! the whole experience was soooo relaxing, and their pricing is super affordable! i got 2 mani pedis for $110. highly recommend!!

Great location, nice people, good service. But twice in a row now, my pedicurist has used the cheese grater thing along my toes and nicked off the skin. She was effusively apologetic, but twice now I’ve left this place bleeding.

First time here, and I’m hooked! Myself and two friends came in for pedicures and we were greeted immediately and they had it so we all sat with each other. Julie was my tech and she was amazing! She was confirming with me the look of my nails and the temp of the water/wax (I got the deluxe pedicure). Safe to say I’m 100% coming back for a monthly visit with Julie
