Best storage place I've found. The owners/staff friendly and helpful, and their rates are very reasonable. They were a mile from my old house and after moving to Everett, I looked for something closer to my new house. I've not found anything as good.

Trustworthy and friendly. Easy getting in and out. I've never had issues with water in my unit or signs of any tampering. Reasonably priced and local.

In a world devoid of proper customer service, the folks at Pack Rat shine brightly!! My whole world crashed down on me, during lock down, and I've been struggling to get by ever since. Pack Rat has, far and above, been the most compassionate and supportive part of my journey. I hate to leave, but I have a garage now, and simply don't need my unit anymore. Many many thanks, for all you've done for me.

Should be zero stars. Snuck in a $700 plus extra charge, claims it was in the fine print of the contract signed when they dropped the crate. While I understand that they need to compensate for the rise in fuel prices by increasing their prices, sneaking it in and not being upfront about it is not the way to do business. Still had the original quote price on my profile in their system until the day the crate was picked up too. When I complained about the non-transparency, they claimed they would reduce the extra, secret charge by half, which they still haven't done. Still don't think that's an ethical way to do business. Shameful.The drivers are really nice though, great customer service up until this extra charge was rendered.

Went to a friend's storage. Gate person a bit rude and suspicious, but I guess it's for safety reasons. Interesting place for storage, good location

A 10 x 10 unit is $150 a month. If you sign a 6 month lease then they will give you 2 months free if you pay 2 months up front. Lock is up to you to buy and access code is given for 24 hour access. These are garages, no heat/ cooling, no pest control.

Very reasonable rates, fenced in with gate code. Easy access especially with the rear gate, which is entry only. Helpful and friendly.
