One star bc I cannot give anything less. I've been trying all day to get a hold of ANYONE at the office but no one is available. Terrible front desk service and terrible doctors. I will be looking for a new PCP.

I wish they'd take care of their fish they are always dead or in the process of dying when I'm there. It's horrible to see the corpses or the poor things agonizing

Front desk is rude and seems annoyed with their job, they don’t smile at you at all. Don’t even get me started on trying to make an appointment… The nurse moves too fast and talks fast as if to get you in and out and doesn’t have even do tiny bits of small talk. The NP does a bad job of explaining things. She doesn’t care about other health conditions or bother to educate you on anything. Her responses are something you would find on Google, seriously. She also put down that I needed a hormone screening even though I told her very clearly “oh, there’s no need for that” and I had to tell the person drawing my blood to remove it from the system LAST minute. Glad I caught it. It’s obvious she doesn’t care about her patients because she didn’t make small talk either or even smile genuinely. They made me wait a long time in the lobby but I was only in the rooms for maybe 5 minutes max, 10 if you count the waiting. The only thing I liked was the trainee who drew my blood because she was nice and bright but the person training her was rude and seemed annoyed to teach her, even tapping the computer screen aggressively to show her what to press. He doesn’t talk either. Overall super unfriendly office. I don’t even wanna go back anymore

I have zero stars for the doctor that was my primary care physician, Dr PALLEPU , I have been seen her for years and I have multiple visits to the ER , when coming back for a follow up with her, she didn't even paid attention to all my test results and told me it was just my anxiety and that I was fine otherwise, after talking to a NURSE PRACTITIONER, this nurse referred me to see an endocrinology about my thyroid problem not getting better with the medication the doctor was giving me , the specialist , just by looking at previous tests , diagnosed me with Hashimotos and send me to get blood test for celiac and vitamin D deficiency , the results were off the charts , also I have asked her to send me to see a cardiologist since last year and she ignore that request saying that I was in no need to see one , after being at the ER for the 3RD time in one year she finally referred me not before I insisted that I was not felling good and it was hard for me to even walk without having shortness of breath , I have requested a transfer to see a different doctor , because she really had no interest in actually hear what I had to say , and just ignore all my complaints . Zero stars

Let me start out positive, well I went through several doctors at this location over the last six years, until they put me with Dr Nair, great doctor which is why I stayed, but within a couple of years they moved him to the hospital to teach. I tried other doctors in the practice then found a doctor at a different location. So, with that departure, that left only the Doctor "Processors", (you know the kind they used a prescribed flowchart of treatment options and referrals) you might as well have them give you the flowchart for symptoms because that's how they practice. To me they are not really doctors per say but more referral specialists. My wife and I visited the Mill Creek walkin twice as much as we ever saw our Primary Care Doctors over the six years. With Harbour Pointe no matter what the problem you first appointment was two weeks away. My wife likes one of the doctors despite the problems. The last straw was my wife going into the hospital, needing follow-up treatment and could not get in for several weeks. It's ok she just got out of the hospital last night, then again why do you care if it doesn't fit your schedule. (By the way she went to Swedish rather than Providence based on my experience last Sept) Patients are not a priority the doctors are. The same thing happened to me there with broken ribs, I was supposed to see my Dr the next day but the earliest appointment was 3 weeks away. Patients are not a priority the doctors are. I drove with cracked ribs to Idaho, where my nephew works as a Dr. Found out I had one displaced rib (broken) and three cracks in other ribs. They also used a special tape to isolate the muscles to keep the ribs in place. This was not even done at Providence Hospital. Such great care from this office and their group. They want appointments but no hassles. There are good doctors in the providence group but they are hard to find and usually packed with patients. I have now moved on and my wife probably will shortly when she realizes that it is time. And to the person that responds, I have danced lightly around the examples and issues, I just wanted to leave this as information to people looking for input, This is my opinion based on my experience with this group. Learnings: Close and Convenient are not always the best choice. Cheerio I know we are to respect caregivers, but they have a job just like us. And yes I worked through Covid, so I do understand the stress.

Everyone here is slow, lazy and horrible at communication. Tyler the nurse is always rude and condescending. The doctors here just plain suck. They're always late (like over an hour late). Their doctors and nurses are unprofessional and clearly shouldn't be working in the medical field. They tell you to use mychart for communication rather than calling but they take a week to answer if you do mychart. There is literally nothing good about this place

First, the receptionist or whoever answers the call for scheduling appointment is very rude. Second, I had a routine check up scheduled 3 weeks prior to appointment, less than 48 hours to the appointment, they called me to reschedule the appointment due to the emergency of the doctor. Understand it can happen. But the person who I spoke with told me next available schedule is out another month. This is not a new appointment but rescheduling because they cancelled the appointment and putting me for another month? Not reasonable. No thanks to the clinic and the scheduling staff.

I just want to say that the front desk staff is so friendly and I am happy with my doctor. When the snow storm hit, they called me to make sure I could get there safely. They offered me an earlier appointment as I wasnt to confident driving in the darker hours.

The nurse called my mom and said that they were sending me to Harbor view hospital via ambulance and hung up without explaining why. My mom's on hospice and she didn't know if I was in critical condition or not. My mom got really scared. They wanted me to go there for my eye. I called and asked to speak to management later and they said management would call me back but they never did. Very unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was 1 minute past the late cut off of 10 mins to my appointment and they refused to take us. Mind you, it was a pediatrician appt. Why be pediatricians if you can’t deal with parents being late for 1 minute? This clinic is pure trash. For the front desk to be rude and condescending about it is what made it even worse. We’re the reason you get paid at all. The lowest of the low of doctors and staff at this place.

If you are looking for care look elsewhere Staff do not communicate with each other and are very unprofessional. As for Julie Ann Hornsby she is very unprofessional and caring.. She was my primarycare. But she dropped me from her case while I still have an infection going on in my left foot draining pus.. An still having problems with my right foot also.... So if your looking for care or help from this facility look again...
