The store personnel are fine, but the rest rooms are a filthy disaster! It has not been once, but several times in the morning. The plumbing is NOT broken...its just filthy!! The lack of product seems to be all the Riteaids in the Seattle area.
Their answer was to have store employees clean the filthy restrooms and not hire anyone. It is still DIRTY!! They want me to contact them. Go into the store with a professional yourself and CLEAN IT!

I have been taking an injection every week for over 3 years. I was given a syringe with a needle for a long time. Then I received a needle and syringe separately. I'm not able to fill the syringe with the medication. There's no point to them.
I asked about getting syringe with a needle that can pull and inject. The pharmacist acted like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. I can get syringes on Amazon.
I also had problems getting an rx filled. No contact from them letting me know that there was a problem. I had to contact my doctor to figure out what was wrong. They didn't have the specific kind but didn't contact anyone to let us know.
I've also had problems getting refills. They say that they'll contact my doctor but my doctor has no records of any requests. I also requested a refill but didn't get it.
It's one problem after another.

Very poor customer service on the phone.
I can’t count how many tines I have call and spoken to one of the make staff in this department and they never say good by at the end of the conversation just slam the phone down like hanging up on you!!! Its really terrible and my only questions are regarding fill dates for my meds.

This is the second time I've been in this location, both times the item I was purchasing was the wrong price listed. Both times, I had to get a manager to rectify the problem. This time the cashier was extremely rude, after showing him a picture of the posted price, he said "Not my problem". Are you serious? This is how you treat your customers. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

We usually go to this particular Riteaid and are usually very happy with it. I am dismayed that there hasnt been any hand sanitizers by the carts in a very long time...especially since people go to drug stores for cold supplies..covid concerns...

Shelves were sparse, but it's been like that each time I've gone in there, (3xs this last month) - I don't really care about that though; The only reason that I'm leaving a review for this place is because of how the clerks treated me when I was trying to when I was checking out.
I tried to pay with a couple 50s and 3 20s for $150 total, The cashier lady looked at each one of the bills okay cool whatever, she then used the pen on each one of the bills, and even though it came back yellow on each one of the bills ( like it's supposed to ) she still called two people up to the front. The woman who came up to the front looked at the '50s and told me that they were fake that they don't have the strip and I looked at them and they did have the strip it was right where it's supposed to be, not to mention the fact that the pen came back yellow. So I had to pay with my card, not a biggie, The reason I'm complaining here is because this happened in front of a growing line of people, unnecessary, incorrect, and embarrassing.
If I hadn't been able to pay with my card? I guess my feedback or suggestion to rite aid is at least make sure that your front end managers know how to verify that a bill is real.

The have a disposal for drugs! I have shopped and purchase all my medications and HAVE never been treated rudely. Very surprised, one of my favorite stores.

The staff was friendly! But the restroom was absolutely disgusting. I haven’t seen a restroom in that condition in a long time.
Toilet, floors and sink were filthy, and No toilet paper.

We like our local Rite Aid. It is very clean and has friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacy is top notch and it’s always been great for answering questions, filling prescriptions and getting our vaccines.

I tried to get passport photos from here. Their machine was broken down and they didn't have alternatives. Remove the service from your offering if you can't do it

Apparently Rite Aid allows cashiers to eat bags of chips at the registers while waiting on customers. This employee rolled her eyes and was irritated to have to put her chips down and ring up my husbands purchase. Such a bummer. Do better Rite Aid.

So may 25th I made a purchase from this store it was over $300 during which time I bought a Vicks vaporizer machine which did not work. I went in to return the item had my receipt and my customer number but the acting manager refused to return it for me, or be helpful, then he wouldn't even give his name to me so I could reference him when talking to management. During our encounter he was rude and insulting and acting completely non professional. 6/12/22 8:05pm
