“Nice spot! Great prices too. Worker was friendly and knew what I was asking for. I’ve been to too many smoke shops, where I ask them for a battery for a dab pen, and they stare at me like I’m speaking a different language. I easily walked in and told him what I needed. He knew exactly what I was talking about. Thanks for making my stop quick and efficient! I appreciate it☺️”

“I had an excellent experience at Prime Vape Cigar and Tobacco! The customer service was outstanding, and Mr. Sherry went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while explaining the different options available. Mr. Sherry personally recommended several great vape products based on what I was looking for, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and recommendations. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable without making me feel rushed or pressured. The shop has a great selection, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for quality products and someone who will actually take the time to help you find what you’re looking for, I definitely recommend stopping by Prime Vape Cigar and Tobacco and asking for Mr. Sherry.”

“I've been coming here to this shop since the day the doors opened. I've known the man who owns the place, Nad, for Geeez, about 25 or 26 years now. Since I was literally a kid. He's an awesome guy!!!He's sets very reasonable prices on everything that he sells in his shop. And, if you happen to be in the market for some kind/type of specialty item or product that he doesn't normally carry or have in stock, I know for a fact that he will special order it for you.Just tell him what exactly it is that you're looking for.I can't tell you how many times he's special ordered me Zippos, or Kratom, or specific cigarette brands.I can't tell you because quite frankly, I can't count that high.Needless to say, not only have I been coming to this shop for nearly 20 years, but I will continue to come here for another 20.So long as he keeps the doors open that is.The only thing I'd have to say to watch out for here is best be on guard & keep your head on a swivel while walking from your car to the door then back again to your car. There's no telling what kind of weirdo could (and probably will) acost you in the parking lot.............Asking for "Gas Money" or "Money for Food".Hell, I've even gotten people who've stopped me and wanted to use my cellphone or asked me for a ride. But, all in all, I love this place. It's always my first choice & stop. And probably always will be.”

“I appreciate the owner and he has great customer service. My family and I have been going to Smoking Sam's for 30 years. I would rather support local owners than a big corporation. If we don't go to Smoking Sam's I go to Skagit Casino for cigarettes. The only reason I go to Skagit is when I take my son home to Bellingham, nothing to do with SS just to clarify.. Going to Smoking Sam's is a lot closer for me. The city would be a better place if we support local small businesses. I hope they are around for the next 30 years.”
