Jus a great group to work with. I'm in custom Fab n the generosity n warm feeling the guys showed me after my son passed away jus shows how much ppl do care. My review of the stove: do not expect this stove to heat your house! The fire box is so small (medium size Nexgen) you can not build a big enough fire to last more than two hours.
They said this stove will heat 2000 square feet. This has not been the case for me yet. It does not have the space to get a large enough fire to put out enough heat to do this. I’m pretty disappointed.

I bought a stove from them, and it was installed poorly. After many phone calls, I had to have another company come out and fix it. Never again!

Amount of neglect/injuries/mistreatment I saw here on a basis working here for 3 years was genuinely insane.

What is up with WILL CALL at this factory? There's no actual system in place. If a worker is within sight when you walk in you'll get helped, otherwise I just sat here for 15 minutes waiting. There's no button to ring, nobody to check in with to say you're here. Please fix this, its not working well. Just like many of your products. Sincerely, local fireplace installer.

I bought a Lopi stove they make thru a dealer.But after installing it myself, discovered the factory warranty covers parts only! Even though it arrived brand new defective.The dealer came and did the replacement work, but labor was nearly $300. My brand new stove had a motor that did not work!The fine print in the manual, does say parts only....but this stove arrived defective and they did not stand behind their product.I was very disappointed. The service rep said the part probably wasn't really broken? Well, the motor didn't run until after it was replaced by a certified dealer technician!
