Very unhelpful in getting assistance with a man in opening a checking account. It felt I was being treated unfairly and condescended to in the way my request was handled.

If you are thinking about banking at US Bank, check out Everbank. You'll get a better interest and fee structure. US bank was where we banked for decades but the service isn't good. We decided today to go with higher interest and better fees. What's the downside?

They say they are open until 6pm online, but when we got here at 4:15pm, both the drive through and front doors were locked and shuttered. They should be more diligent about updating the hours online.

I gave zero or less than zero stars to the US bank in Mukilteo because they failed to do my job and they called the company that I am working for and tried to ruin my career. I had my paycheck and they called the accountant and owner of the company to verify the signature. Everything was perfect, both approved the amount, the signature and everything else. So far everything was fine but they came up with another reason to reject a paycheck that has been verified at least twice. I left the branch to deposit my check in my own bank that is not another US Bank. They recklessly called the company that I am working for and said everything bad they could. It is absolutely not the bank responsibility to call my manager or tries to put my career in jeopardy. They must do their own job that absolutely failed and instead called my manager and tried to ruin my career.

They are soooo SLOW! Definitely lacking customer service too. And there's a new manager like every month so they have no idea how to deal with customers

I'm not a U.S bank card holder but I went in there yesterday to cash a check. Maybe it must have been my appearance or the way I was dressed you see I'm three months pregnant and have a four year old at home so I came in with sweat pants on and messy hair and no make up. But I was told that I would not be able to cash my check there I was confused at the short reply and how the bank teller woman, oh how I wish I had gotten her name she had short curly blonde hair and was wearing a watermelon cardigan handed the check back to me and shortly and rudely said she couldn't cash that here. I wouldn't be righting such a negative review if I hadn't actually gone to a different U.S bank you see my dad had written me the check and what had happened was he had written it on the wrong account and all he had to do was transfer funds over hmmm interesting. So my question is why is that this woman could not have told me that, because the other U.S bank teller at the other U.S bank I had went to had access to that information and since he did I'm assuming she did to but she chose to judge me on my appearance nice good to know that people that exist. I'm glad that not all U.S banks are the same and that not all of there employees look down on other people.

Every time I have come in here I have been greeted in a friendly manner and treated very well. It seems like the people here enjoy their work and have an overall good atmosphere. They are usually very prompt and very good about covering all questions or transactions that need to be accomplished.

Let me start this off by saying I used to be employed by bank of america. I know how annoying most bankers are, and more importantly, how little they know about finance despite the fact that they work for a bank. You want my to take out a Home Equity Line of Credit for a remodel? When asked that question by other banks, I like to half jokingly propose that the teller or personal banker buy my house for the value that would include the remodel in case I didn't get bang for my buck. In this economy, that advice only makes me angry and want them to enroll in a finance or economic course. However, US Bank Mukilteo is amazing. They're friendly, they appear smart, and they're very professional. I love how it always feels so cozy in there. Everyone I know who goes there loves it as well, so I know I'm not the only one! Great job, Mukilteo branch!

Their home mortgage staff was intolerable - lost documents which had to be resent time and time again (honestly I can't believe that my account numbers are safe), not a single returned phone call without repeat calling, complete lack communication amongst their staff, a loan officer who didn't seem to ever get to the office before 11 AM. There were several occasions on which we could have lost the house and several thousand dollars and were met with nothing but attitude and excuses . I would have loved to have been able to change lenders but was too far into the process.

I banked here for the entire time I lived in the area and never had a major problem. Staff is GREAT! They remembered me, by name, every time I came in and always asked how things were going. I've moved out of the area, but I miss the staff at Mukilteo US Bank handling my money!
