New atm is absolutely useless. You cannot deposit a check. I spend about 15min each time I got to the atm trying to deposit a check but the image is always too dark and therefore rejects the check. After multiple attempts, I then I have to spend another 20min inside the branch because they take forever with each customer. Been banking here for almost 20 years and seriously considering closing my business account because of the atm and the very slow customer service

This bank has the worst customer service ever. Went on a Saturday morning as my Daughter was here from out of town and I needed to add her to our safety deposit box. Three people standing inside teller area, a couple more in the reception area, and they would not help me without an appointment. (we were only customers) I could not make the appointment earlier as I did not know when she was going to be here exactly. Tried making one Saturday morning but none available. They would rather stand there DOING nothing than to assist a 50 year customer of US Bank. Will make an appt this week and close account and safe deposit box!!! Never been treated so rudely.

Very unhelpful in getting assistance with a man in opening a checking account. It felt I was being treated unfairly and condescended to in the way my request was handled.

This US bank has very poor customer service. Apparently you need an appointment to add a signature card to your account? I travel for work so it’s rare that I’m around during “bank hours”. Bank manager didn’t care. The good news is I don’t need an appointment to open a new account at another bank Ryan.

If you are thinking about banking at US Bank, check out Everbank. You'll get a better interest and fee structure. US bank was where we banked for decades but the service isn't good. We decided today to go with higher interest and better fees. What's the downside?

This is the worst bank ever. Don't go drive to a different location most employees just talking to each other not helping. I waited over 15 min just to deposit. Only one person actually working with drive thru and front

The bank itself is fine, and one lady there, in particular, was quite helpful, but never borrow from US Bank. They offer zero support or advice, and any question you have will probably result in them pulling your credit score. I recently got a credit card from US Bank, but the credit limit was set to $500, which is completely useless to me. I was getting a card for traveling, and I can't even purchase a plane ticket with that, let alone pay hotel bills. I tried everything under the sun to try and get it increased, sought out as much advice as I could, but two months later, I have nothing to show for it except an additional three pulls to my credit history. Nothing makes sense here. I'm a mechanical engineer and get paid fairly well, yet my credit limit is set so low. I have a younger brother who is in college and barely makes anything, and his credit limit is twice as high as mine. Why? They couldn't tell me. Guess we'll never know

I have been a customer of US Bank for just about 10 years and as of today I plan on closing my account and stop doing business with US Bank because of there lack of customer service and listening to what ended up to lead me to never wanting to do business with this institution. With so many banking choices why would anybody want to work with a bank that is so fee driven that it would rather charge you a fee of $36.00 then listen to what my experience was and take care of the situation that was a fault of the bank and not something that I had control of. Customer service is not what US Bank stands for. US Bank stands for Unforgettable Standard Bank for All. Update from branch manager reaching out to discuss my situation further. If she really cared she would have taken care of my concerns in the first place. The response is a little to late as I have already discussed the situation and it should have been handled at the point. I have no time to hash out the problem with no end result. I was on there customer service experience board and would receive weekly surveys and other programs that US Bank were either going to introduce or had already been rolled out. I will continue to be very vocal about my experience and hopefully someone in there upper management that has the power to make changes will contact me as the branch manager is worthless in my opinion.

I visited here for the first time. The lady at the counter was very kind and supported me with her professional knowledge. Aziza, thank you very much. Thanks to you, I became a fan of this bank.

Close your accounts. The bank claimed that it was out of money. Not like I was going to pay rent. This branch continues to set new lows. I will spend my dying breaths talking people out of going there .

I have been banking with US Bank for over 30 years and I've never experienced such poor customer service ever as I have at this branch. They referred me to another bank because they couldn't assist with a simple request. The branch manager should be fired.

I recieved an overpayment check from my insurance company today and I don't have an account with us bank or any bank because of personal beliefs. I was ready to receive a boatload of grief and harassment as I went in, as every banking establishment does this when they have to cash a check to a non customer regardless of it being drawn off of themselves even after the 6 and upwards dollar charge they punk you for. I walked up to Robert's booth and to my pleasant and thankful surprise he was incredibly respectful, efficient, and still managed to represent his company to a potential new customer without coming across like a used car salesman telemarketing pusher. He triple checked my credentials, made small talk to pass the time and then completed my transaction. I will absolutely open an account with us bank when I recieve regular income again. I appreciated the professionalism, and overall the basic sense of respect regardless of what I look like, or if I'm a customer or not. I really hope that his approach catches on with other bank tellers everywhere.
