Excellent customer service! The helpfulness and kindness of Kevin and Karen at the Mukilteo Post Office were impressive. They provided excellent service to ensure needs were met, making the experience pleasant. Employees who are willing to assist with a smile are always appreciated. Even though they are understaffed, they manage to help you with all of the attention needed to have your order completed. Unlike many others here, I know that shipping has many other people involved in the chain, so it is unfair to rate them based on whether or not your package arrived at some international destination. The service was super fast. People let's please stop going to the post office 5 minutes before closure. The people working there, just like you, have a life.

Bad experience since I had an order with the correct address and they did not deliver it because i did not have my name in the mailbox and they decided to resend it,when it was something sent from overseas . Very bad service.

Went to this location to ship an envelope to a different country. Karen was extremely helpful, nice and informative. International shipping was not as expensive as I expected.

Delivered a card and gift card specifically to the post office directly 1 month ago. One month later, recipient still hasn’t received it.Called the local post office, 36 minutes later they still haven’t picked up the phone! Unacceptable and unprofessional! Post office staff clearly aren’t delivering to the correct address. It was never returned to me, so the incorrect address recipient kept the gift card! Or someone from the post office kept it. Not ok!

Delivered my mail I had forwarded for a month. I left the country to find they stopped delivering my mail. Went through the process online and through the phone of making sure they would resume delivering my mail. They haven't, it doesn't matter what I do they just return my mail to sender. I lived all over the country, and this is by far the worst postal service I have had anywhere. Filled out paper forms in box, online, through the phone, no change in service. I have had better luck getting delivery while traveling abroad than with this post office.

Been home all day.. USPS claims they left a notice on my door of attempted delivery. Never saw the post office person. Convenient for them to not deliver the day before a holiday.. now I get to wait an extra week for them to attempt a redeliver. Nothing but frustrations.. would not recommend at all.

Christmas lines, but a speedy line. Staff was polite. Customers were good also, parking lot was bordering on miserable.
