Don’t pick up your prescriptions here if you can. For one, their speaker in the drive-thru has been broken for months now and they still haven’t fixed it. You can barely hear anything. Also, make sure you have them count your prescriptions in front of you. I was too trusting and they gave me 20 pills instead of the 30 I paid for. Now I have to go to my doctor and ask for a refill and pay for the pills they missed because they couldn’t count properly. Another time they told me my prescription was ready and when I came to pick it up, it wasn’t and they told me to come later. This place will waste your time and make you put in more effort to get your prescriptions. Avoid this place at all costs.

Was dealing with an issue regarding my prescription/insurance all day post-surgery. I got a hold of a pharmacy tech named Aden, who stepped in and selflessly fixed the situation with a few phone calls 30 minutes before he was supposed to leave. Excellent service and quality of character. Thank you Aden!

I have issues every time I come to get my prescriptions. This time I was here earlier both were filled had to come back due to issues with insurance told them I would be back for them. Came back and no longer filled. I was told to have a seat while they were filled. Half hour later I call as I’m sitting here and the lady said no one told the pharmacist to fill them. So I’m waiting even longer. Every time. Worst service I have ever received from a pharmacy.

The pharmacist is so rude. I took my kid here to have vaccine; we had an appt. and waited for hour. They called the person arrived after us. After the shot, she yanked the door open and left. Wow, I have never seen someone that rude. What kind of customer service is this? unacceptable.

I don't know wtf is going on with this location, the staff here are awful. I think the only thing keeping them in business is the fact it's probably the nearest pharmacy for the local community. I know I'm not the only one having this experience and yet it seems management don't care to do anything about it. I'm sure at this rate they will eventually get themselves in to legal trouble if they don't get their staff in check.

First of all, I want to say the majority of the people at this particular store are the sweetest people ever! The tall guy with shaved head in camera is so helpful with any project that I am working on. Never a complaint with any folks in camera! And the people doing checking out are so friendly. The store is very clean and has great merchandise.! Unfortunately, I got Covid. Despite the facts of all my boosters and vaccinations. I’ve been in bed for three days with a high temperature and finally got my doctor to call in a prescription to Walgreens. I called my husband at work because I can’t leave the house. I’m in quarantine. He left work in Lynnwood and pulled up there. It was not a long line. There was just one person in front of him. They left. He pulled up, and the girl pulled down the curtain,, and put a sign up in the window. Be back in an hour . So he got out of his truck and went around to the pharmacy and they were completely shut down. I have been going to this store almost daily for years. My husband gets his prescriptions at Rite Aid but I told him, no, these are my friends here. I know some people have to eat lunch but can they rotate the folks in the pharmacy so if people are really sick, they can get their stuff? Geez

Stopped by for deodorant, waited in a long line, the cashier was super friendly and even complimentary with every customer before me, she side stared me when I walked up, made minimal interaction, and looked away for most of the transaction. This store knows how to make customers feel welcome.*edit* I filled out the review on the receipt and spoke to the manger who said he’d look into it, clearly he looked into it, because this past Monday when I went back in she mean mugged me hard.

Walgreens in Mukilteo is full of rude, unprofessional, and lazy employees. There is never anyone around at any of the departments that is willing to perform their duties. A culture of not wanting to care for their customers is prevalent. If a customer tries to get a situation remedied the response one receives is " I'm sorry, but I'm unable to do anything ". This is completely unacceptable. If employees are unwilling to work the job they applied for then leave so someone else who wants to work can do a better job.

The staff here is incredible, all very personable in every single one of my experiences visiting this location. The employees at this store maintain a level of professionalism and demonstrate urgency to cater to their customer and patient’s needs but do so without expressing a corporate robot-like personality. This helps me feel as though the staff at this Walgreens location are family and not just people here to serve their community. I would travel out of my way to shop at this location even further than stores that may be closer due to the tidiness and customer service.

All these people leaving one star reviews are neglecting to mention the verbal abuse the mother was screaming at the staff. Persecuting innocent people by acting like a victim is what God will punish you for. This store has the same level of customer service as every other Walgreens. I've never had a problem with anyone here. FYI, retail workers don't deserve to be screamed and cursed at on a daily basis. Show some respect for people who were forced to work through the entire pandemic.

A woman named Gina publicly discriminated against a little 5 year old non-verbal, boy with special needs. When the mom came to his defense, Gina escalated. The manager, Travis, did nothing. This is beyond disgraceful and absolutely appalling.

This location has drive through pharmacy. Pharmacy section was little under prepared for some of my friend prescriptions. May be a one off thing but definitely disappointed with pharmacy experience
