I don't know wtf is going on with this location, the staff here are awful. I think the only thing keeping them in business is the fact it's probably the nearest pharmacy for the local community. I know I'm not the only one having this experience and yet it seems management don't care to do anything about it. I'm sure at this rate they will eventually get themselves in to legal trouble if they don't get their staff in check.

Walgreens in Mukilteo is full of rude, unprofessional, and lazy employees. There is never anyone around at any of the departments that is willing to perform their duties. A culture of not wanting to care for their customers is prevalent. If a customer tries to get a situation remedied the response one receives is " I'm sorry, but I'm unable to do anything ". This is completely unacceptable. If employees are unwilling to work the job they applied for then leave so someone else who wants to work can do a better job.

The wait times are ridiculous regardless of whether you go in or thru the drive thru. They do not recognize the wait you have. If you are in line, and they call a name to inform someone their script is waiting, they get to walk to the front of the line, regardless of how long the others standing there have been waiting, even when you are also just picking up an already filled prescription. That isn't customer service. They need a separate line or location if they are going to let others just walk past those who have been standing there for 10-20 minutes, or they get in line again, just like the rest of us.

Good luck trying to get your prescriptions filled here. They always have some excuse about backordered meds and the pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Just horrible. My kid had a vaccine appointment here and getting it went great. Very friendly to me and my kids. The wait time was long. We couldn't find the bathroom after (not good signage) and when I went to ask someone, wish I had just left. Or not come. I think they wish that too. Very rude and just mean? To my kid?

The worst service ever. I am new to the area and was looking for a good pharmacy to fill my prescriptions at. Not this place! There was one person at the window helping a customer and the 1 other standing therre, on her phone. After standing there for several minutes the lady on her phone finally said we will be with you on a moment. A new worker walked in the secured door, past I'm front of me and didn't even ask of I had been helped. Just walked over to a counter and started working. I am so disappointed in Walgreens. Because of this service I will never walk into another Walgreens again.

This location has gone to p*** over the last three years. The pharmacy staff are very rude and they take forever to fill a script. There is one pharmacy employee that is nice. Today my experience was not only a poor experience with the pharmacy but it was a poor experience with the cashier at the front. I wanted to purchase a bottle of wine. I handed the cashier my ID and after she gives my ID back she asks my boyfriend for his ID as well. I said, "I am paying, not him" she said it's company policy to check all IDs of the adults who are in a group to purchase alcohol. That is my first and last time I will be purchasing alcohol. Furthermore, I will be changing pharmacies now. You failed me, Walgreens. K thanks, bye!

Pharmacist Tech rude and impersonal. When trying to get information, she was snippy and had no customer service skills whatsoever. Would recommend she not interact with public...

I have been a 20 year Mukilteo Residence and have been to this location plenty of times and for the most part I'm self serve pick my item pay and go. Tonight I went in to purchase vinegar for my 11 year old grandsons 102 fever, I look on my own going up and down every isle until I determined on my own I can't find it, I go to a clerk with a line of about 8 people and ask where is it, she says isle 8, I go back to 8 then look at other locations then ask anther checker with a line of about 5 she says 8, I go back look again go to others areas, then back to her and ask her again she doesn't look at me but says as soon as she helps the line (which was one person and $20) at that point it was my turn then someone else walks up and she rings him, I ask are you going to help me after you ring him, seeing that I am a customer too and was suppose to be helped after the last person that she called a line. She took me over to the item which was on isle 9 and she said it's on the other side of 8 which is 9, now 8 is across from 9. Period The first lady was the one that rung up my purchase because she walked off.

The wait time to pick up a RX is terrible there! I went in Saturday afternoon and was the only person standing waiting for anyone to come help me! 2 white men were there, never acknowledged I was standing there waiting! Just SO RUDE! Where is your training inCUSTOMER SERVICE?? Clearly, they did not care about their customer's wait time! Unbelievably poor service! Also, Mukilteo's Walgreens has always had garbage and litter outside their doors and in their parking lot (which they don't share with any other business) and in the last 6 year's, I have not seen that cleaned up! Come on Walgreens, get your act together!

Not crazy about this location. The store itself is great but the pharmacy workers are harried and not customer-friendly. The one guy never looked me in the eye and spoke so fast and so robotically that I recoiled from the experience and hoped each time that I wouldn't get HIM again. After using this pharmacy for about a year, I switched to the one on 4th in Everett and the pharmacy employees there are much friendlier, they smile, look you in the eye and you just feel valued. There are two employees there, a man and a woman, who are awesome. They always greet you with a smile and don't rush you along, even though they may be busy. For this kind of customer service, you just don't mind if you have to wait.

Worst Walgreens ever!!!!!! The Pharmacy dept is a bunch of clowns. They take forever and absolutely pay no attention. Do yourself a favor and check your prescriptions to verify that they actually filled the whole thing before you leave. Do not trust that they are paying attention. The only thing they are consistent at is screwing up and taking forever.

Been coming here with my grandma for years now ever since she became wheel chair bound. We usually come here to pick up her meds and some quick shopping. Over the past year, this store has been rather difficult to shop at. The store has constantly moved around. Seems like every week products are swapped or moved around. They also seem to never have enough of anything either, they're always out of certain products. Like our trip today they only had one bottle of 100 proof vodka that we couldn't even buy (get to that later) Employees aren't that useful anymore either, especially management which seems to be completely new. Lately we've only came to get meds and birthday cards and that's about it... she used to buy liquor here as well but guess we can't do that anymore either cause they wouldn't sell my grandma who is 93 years old liquor cause I was there and I'm not 21. I've been taking care of her and taking her to Walgreens for almost 7 years and we've never had a problem with purchasing liquor and I guess now it's a problem. Whether it's the law or not to sell her liquor we stopped at Albertsons up the street and she was able to purchase while I was there. Like I said been going there for years, we've never had a problem with her purchasing liquor until today... unfortunately we will have to find somewhere else to go as it's hard to find wheel chair access that's pretty close to the entrance. Too many changes for us. The only thing that we will be coming back for is the pharmacy.

I use this pharmacy very frequently and I have noticed that they are slightly understaffed, but I have never had an issue with getting my medications! Some of them are incredibly friendly and I do enjoy my time there when I have to be there!
