Ms Terry here is awesome. She just toasted bagels for me. I wish I could pay back somehow. But anyways. Lovely place. Lovely lady. :)

There is a gas station connected here. This store was our savior, we would have been stranded with no gas on the top of a mountain without it. Google maps does not indicate there is gas here, but there is!

I consider myself a gas station, connoisseur, and this place really hits the mark. A good gas station should have a large beer selection, lots of cured meats, a nice little fried food, deli, coffee, and some tchotchkes, of course. I was able to get everything on my list and then some. A must stop every time you pass through White Pass.

Great stop along the way. The staff are helpful and work hard. Great place to get a resupply for PCT hikers in the summer.

They provide PCT HIKERs shower services for $10.When my turn came up in the early afternoon, there was no hot water.Their answer was that the earlier HIKERs used it all.I guess if one pays the same price, we are entitled to the same benefits and not lame answers that doesn't justify being given... I would have wanted a heads up warning to have the option of deciding if I wanted to shower with cold water only.

I’ve been snowboarding every season for 20 years and hiking and mountain biking every summer. I’ve come to this store a minimum of 10+ times per year. That’s at least 200 times over the last 20 years. Today we stopped on our way home from a trip. Got some food across the street, the wife got something in the store and we walked back to our vehicle across the road. We swung in on our way out and put a few things in the garbage can. Then the owner comes out, makes a snarky rude comment and proceeds to glare at us. I’d say I’d never spend another dime in this store if it were not the only option. Get off your high hoarse lady and realize your maybe being rude to customers that have spent substantially more than the average in yoru stor

This place is horrible. We went twice in the same day and the worst part was the cranky old foul mouthed lady. She is even rude kids. Both times we went she was horrible. On top of the worst customer service ever the corn dogs were cold and the pizza was gross. Not a lot of options on the mountain, but try to avoid this place if you can.

This past weekend I arrived just after they closed to wait for a ride. (I had just completed what for me was a grueling 28mile trek from Chinook Pass. Despite being closed, an employee came out to check if I might be there to pick up a package. Seeing me gnawing on a piece of salami, offered me some sandwiches she was going to throw away anyway (a hot sandwich after a 16mile day of mud, snow, and mosquitos was like nectar of the gods). Then as she was leaving she checked again to be sure I was OK and that my ride was coming soon.So nice to see someone so caring, and so willing to go out of their way to help a stranger, especially one who looked and smelled as bad as I did at the time.I have visited the Kracker Barrel Store off and on many times over the years. But I think I am going to start giving them my business much more often in the future.Remember there's no such thing as a small act of kindness. I called the store in regards to returning my resupply package since I had to get off trail for injury. Spoke with Jordan and he was super friendly. I would have to give their customer service five stars on this particular occasion. :)

Stopped here while hiking Pacific Crest Trail. They have laundry services and shower. As well as many food items available for sale.
